Reviews
Currently staying at this hotel. Furnishing old and customer service is horrendous. The fact that I am a diamond member means nothing. Wrote in advance for extra toiletries for my daughter and got into the room, still have to make the request. Ask nicely for an upgrade and waiver for my child’s breakfast fee and receive a flat NO. Apparently, no upgrades available but I check the app right now, plenty of upgrade rooms available! They just flat out lie to you that they are full when you can easily just check the app to confirm they are lying. Worst service in Hilton in China and Asia!
How did this place get a 4 star review?!?!? Poor shoddy place that is moldy and old. In need of dire renovations asap.
The hotel is ok and the staff are wonderful and helpful, they even upgraded my hotel room because I was staying so long. I feel like the hotel is reasonably priced for what you get, but my room was only moderately cleaned daily. There was trash under my bed when I arrived and it is still there 10 days later when I’m leaving. The couches are stained and you can hear all your neighbors and their screaming children. This is not a place to stay while on business in Shanwei. There are children everywhere screaming and it is a zoo with them running around. This was an extreme oversight of mine when booking but the hotel as a whole, met my needs of a place to stay and eat breakfast.
Nice view from the room and all facilities look fresh.
It's a wonderful resort in Shanwei, Guangdong. This is a new and stylish resort hotel and run by Hilton group. Let all the guest to have unforgettable memories in here. The beautiful beach just in front of this hotel, very convenient and relaxing.
