The hotel design are dated like a 80s-90s feeling. Very typical of Chinese classic design with red wood and yellow marbles. Porter did not even bother to help me send the luggage up to my room. During breakfast, no one brings you to available table. Need to guess which table is available
I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe from 19 June 2026 to 23 June 2026 in Room 1728, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel very welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel room was spotless and in pristine condition. It was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The gym was another highlight. It was fully equipped, and all the equipment was in good working condition, making it easy to keep up with my workouts while travelling. For Muslim travellers, there is a delicious halal hand-pulled noodle shop conveniently located right beside the hotel, which was a huge plus. There are also several shopping malls within walking distance, making the location excellent for both dining and shopping. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe to both business and leisure travellers. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
outstanding hotel with great value at a convenient location in the heart of the city. thanks so much for the lobby manager and well-training friendly staffs to contribute my great trip with mg parents. diamond member got upgraded 1 lvl to large suite on executive floor, the room was spacious and clean with stunning view, they even use the towel to fold a cute animal for me , how lovely ! all the staff were helpful and friendly, anyone i talked with were patient to explain the hotel amenities also any questions regarding my trip. the breakfast has tons of variety to choose, tradition local, western style, and the vegetable were so fresh , way better than the ones i had in the USA, feel like i ate the different spices i would definitely come back on my next vacation !!
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and came with plenty of amenities, making it very comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable with properly labeled items, which was helpful, especially for dietary preferences. Before my arrival, I emailed the hotel regarding halal food options. The restaurant manager was very responsive and helpful in providing the necessary information. There were also lots of vegetarian options available, which was great. The receptionist was welcoming and made check-in smooth and easy. Another plus is the location—just a short walking distance from a Muslim restaurant, which was very convenient. The hotel is located right beside Xuelang Lake and Chuangye Park, offering a peaceful environment where you can relax or go for a walk or jog. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d recommend it to others, especially Muslim travelers.
