Reviews
Pick this hotel if you are going to travel to hongkong during your stay, it is very close to futian station where you can take the express train to west kowloon, it is probably the best pick for the location to price as it is also close to all the other malls around the area too. However as you may infer from other reviews, it is not a true 5 star hotel, but for the asking price there is really nothing much to complain about.
I have Very bad services at the reception desk: refused to print out any check out document for the proof of my stay and expenses in the hotel ( they said beacuse I booked at the internet platform !). That makes me very difficult to claim back my business expenses ! I needed to change the room twice as my first room at the higher floor was old and smell. The hotel only renovate at the lower floor with new interior. The half of the rooms facing the bars area downstars which have loud music at night ! I do not recommend to stay at this hotel as they also charge high at 5 stars hotel rate !
This hotel is the best in Futian regarding prices and overall quality. Staff is nice and can speak English, you have tons of bars and restaurants in a walking distance, metro is just down the street, Coco Park if you wanna do a bit of shopping.
Super nice gym inside !! And great swimming pool too (although you have to wear a swimming cap like almost everywhere in China).
Had a little problem concerning the deposit but everything was solved shortly after my email.
Thanks to the staff ! 🙂
Really nice reception and great service they offer, adding us to wechat so we can seek their help anytime conveniently with all questions answers thoughtfully. Fruit plates were even offered on our arrival day. The concerige were great too, they even helped to store our box of fruits in fridge till our departure. Their children indoor playground that looks really fun thou we didnt get to try. Highly recommended to all.
Decent and wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly! Their bread were actually all very tasty! 🤤 There was a sauna (unexpectedly) which was wonderful and the change room by the pool was so so gorgeous. Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms were also extra specious with the sofa and work area!
