The hotel furnishings feel a bit dated, yet it is well maintained. The housekeeping service is excellent. When I asked for adapters and charging cables, they were provided promptly. As an IHG Diamond member, I have been upgraded to a suite every time I stay. During my most recent stay, the executive lounge was relocated from the 3rd floor to a higher floor, with a much improved layout and service. Considering the room rate and the prime location with easy access for trips to Hong Kong, the experience is simply impeccable.
Avoid avoid avoid, extremely old, extremely smelly nothing close to 5 stars unless we are back in the 80s!! very outdated furniture, room smells really terrible. Stayed there for one night and I couldn’t even sleep.
stayed here for 2 days in July. Very comfortable rooms and awesome locations within easy reach of food just 1 section away , and also the subway station. It was raining non--stop for 2 days and there is a good size umbrella in each room. How thoughtful. We used the room service and it was long missed standard of customer service. The call was answered within 5 rings, with the service personnel on the other end, very courteous and efficient. The food was delivered by a customer service within 15 minutes. The concierge at hotel entrance deserve a special mention, that he went out of his way to rectify a situation when we ordered a Didi to pickup at the next street. And he did it all with a smile, The rooms are superb, with good quality classic furniture as shown in the picture. A brief interaction with the housekeeping was pleasant. Overall its a good choice to stay here
For me it was luxury at its finest. This was my first time to China and the staff made me feel like I was at home. Going out of their way to help in anyway possible. Even with needing help translating the atm screen to get cash, they were there for me. I had a great time. Special thank you to the assistant manager and manager for making me feel honored to be there.
A beautiful hotel with Christmas decorations in the front & lobby hotel. It's very clean, the hotel grounds smell wonderful. It's strategically located, close to the MTR station & Dongmen pedestrian street. There are many restaurants nearby, including the famous 24-hour restaurant Tongren 4 Seasons.
I booked 2 rooms Standard Room for 2 nights & was upgraded to Junior Suite with King bed for 2 nights 2 units by Ms. Suki Shu as a special compliments for us. Thank you so much, I've recommended this hotel to all my friends and will definitely stay here again when I return to Shenzhen.
