The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and excellent, friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. The only downside is the location, which is quite far from the main attractions and not very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, but the location could be better.
A very pleasant place! I stayed here for two weeks. The rooms are clean (although some are for smokers, even though smoking is officially prohibited in the hotel) and cleaned daily. On the second floor, there’s a great traditional Chinese restaurant, while on the ground floor near the lobby, there’s a more European-style restaurant.
Excellent business hotel. Very modern, well appointed and comfortable. Really nice views of river and adjacent park. Two restaurants, one traditional Chinese at a very high standard and the other fusion, leaning towards Chinese. Amazing buffet on Saturday for dinner. Executive lounge very comfortable with happy hour everyday at 5:30. A really nice and very large part immediately across with large lake and river. Really good for running/walking and must be stunning in spring
Clean and spacious rooms and just 10 mins ride from the GZ south high speed railway station. Just next to a beautiful artificial lake, I love the 3.5km scenic jogging track around the lake. However, this is a new development with little infrastructure, no shops or restaurants nearby, and not seen a lot of people around the area. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of local cuisine and international staples. The congee station is interesting but not sure about the hygiene of the serving procedures as the raw ingredients are displayed outside the station for guests to pick using spoons and then guests will use the same hand for handling raw meat to eat or picking up cooked food. My family had mild upset stomachs after breakfast. Also, this hotel does promotions that attract families during weekends, and it can be very noisy for the whole night due to excited kids.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. The rooms were also top-notch. I missed my breakfast due to a misunderstanding, but Mr. Bruce, the F&B manager, was very accommodating. He offered us the à la carte menu and allowed us to order anything from it at no extra charge. Highly recommend.
