Love the location of this hotel, right next to 佛山嶺南天地, super convenient. The room is also very spacious. The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved as I found a piece of hair near the sink and the bathtub seems to need some deep cleaning. It's a great hotel overall and I would definitely book this place to stay again.
I’ve stayed in many hotels across China, so I have a solid basis for comparison, and this is not a 5-star property despite how it’s marketed. We stayed as a family for a week. Our first room had a strong mould smell and we asked to be moved. The second room had old, dirty-looking carpet, a spring mattress (not what you expect at this level), and only small towels — no proper bath towels unless you ask. The bathrooms are tub-showers rather than walk-in, which is awkward and a genuine problem if you have any mobility issue.
At ~650 RMB/night this is poor value. For similar or less money in Foshan you can book a Hilton (~$85) or an UrCove (~$110) — both newer, cleaner, and a clear step up. Realistically this hotel should be priced around 400 RMB/night ($80 CAD); at its current rate it doesn’t come close to justifying the cost. The location is convenient, but the rooms badly need updating. Book with your expectations adjusted.
I had an incredible stay at this luxurious and sophisticated hotel in China. Strategically located, it puts you right in the heart of the action—everything is within walking distance. The cultural richness of the surrounding area is just breathtaking, and every corner is brimming with diversity. Truly a top-tier experience!
1256: the windows are double glazed but outside car honking is still heard inside the room.
The rooms are beautifully done and spacious but the beds are not 5 star comfortable and plush. I enjoyed the pool and sauna.
The location is amazing as it is close to all the shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful location with plenty of things to do around, walking distance to shopping streets and eateries. The hotel was well equipped with everything you need, spacious room, good service, and a great swimming pool and gym. It also has a long balcony for the room too. Just that some stuffs are a little old, like the tv and bathtub. But it didn't affect much on the overall experience. Recommended to all.
