One of the coolest and best hotels I’ve lived in. Stayed around 15 days now. Food is amazing and chao restaurant great. It’s truly beautiful, enormous, spacious, brilliant lighting and interiors. Very modern and ridiculously better than Guangzhou Conrad. Gym is good and staff very nice, as diamond reserve they really look after you!
Beautiful hotel , room is clean and service are excellent. Like the design with a complete china feel. Fantastic breakfast with alot of options. The lobby lounge is big and comfortable with a friendly and warm service by Miss Holly was very attentive.

A very good 5-star hotel in Shenzhen, and it definitely did not disappoint. The location is very central, check-in was friendly and efficient, and the English level at reception was good. The room was modern and comfortable, with a quiet air conditioning system, a nice bathroom, a great view, and very fast internet. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the whole hotel feels modern and well designed. The Club Room offering is not a huge highlight, but still a nice extra with a few canapés, drinks, wine, and beer. The breakfast room is very nice and the buffet was good, with a broad selection. Overall, probably one of the better hotels in Shenzhen, and I would happily stay again.

As for the in - room amenities, the TV is a Samsung brand, which allows guests to cast content directly from their own Android devices, providing a convenient and personalized viewing experience.
