Quiet & peaceful place to relax. Private pool in the villa is a bit cool during sundown since it is not heated. Bathroom is first class fit for a king. Front desk staff was always helpful.
A bit inconvenient to the front reception but a call would get us a ride in their electric club cars.
Shuttle bus available to mall shopping area.
Waren Anfang Januar hier und es war sehr leer. Parkähnliche Anlage. Personal sprach sehr schlecht Englisch, war aber sehr bemüht. Es gibt für mich aber schönere Hotels. Für eine Nacht aber gut.
The hotel has a double room with a living room and a swimming pool. The room is spacious enough to be a great place for a relaxing vacation. However, you have to call a golf cart for transportation within the resort!
Pros. 1. 직원들의 친절함. 모든 직원들이 상냥하고 친절한 부분이 참 좋습니다. 경험한 모든 직원들의 표정이 편안해 보이네요. 그리고 웰컴 서프라이즈도 귀엽구요. 2. 룸 컨티션 및 어메니티. 비교적 오래된 풀빌라지만 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 룸의 청결함이나 프라이빗 풀의 관리도 비교적 잘되어 있습니다. 어메니티는 상하이 탕이 준비되어 있구요. 3. 프라이빗. 인접한 룸과의 공간 설계를 잘되어 있어서 방해가 되거나 하는 점은 거의 없습니다. 4. 나무 숲 속에 각 풀빌라가 위치한 구조라 가볍게 산책을 하기에 좋습니다.
Cons. 1. 언어. 영어를 하는 분들이 거의 없어서 의사소통이 쉽지가 않은점이 가장 아쉽네요. 2. 모든 이동 시 버기(카트)를 타야하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 물론 언제든지 콜을 하면 문 앞에서 기다려줍니다. 3. 다이닝. 메인 빌딩의 라운지 음식도 괜찮고, 룸 서비스도 나쁘지 않지만 그 외에 즐길 수 있는 다이닝이 전혀 없네요. 바로 옆 더블트리로 버기를 타고 이동 할 수 있지만 번거로운면이 있구요 4. 더블트리 소음. 바로 인접한 더블트리에서 저녁에 행사를 하는 경우에는 소음이 상당히 크네요. 5. 비치가 더블트리와 연결이 되어 있기 때문에 더블트리 혹은 외부에서 콘래드로 진입이 가능합니다. 이 부분이 좀 의아했는데 특히 밤에는 상당히 어둡고 조용한 리조트 내부이기 때문에 안전 측면에서는 다소 부정적인 인상이었구요.
Total. 전반적인 만족도가 높은 곳이라서 싼야를 다시 오게 되면 묵을 계획입니다. 물론 주변에는 최근 오픈한 아틀란티스 호텔이 공격적인 프로모션과 시설(아쿠아리움-작아요/워터파크)로 유혹하지만 조용하고 편안하게 휴가를 보낼 예정이라면 추천하는 곳입니다.
