Conrad Guangzhou

Conrad Guangzhou is one of the smartest luxury hotel choices in the city, largely because of its location. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient to grab a coffee, shop, or enjoy a meal without even stepping outside. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés within walking distance, so you’re never short of options. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering impressive views of the Pearl River and Guangzhou skyline. Everything is well maintained, and the level of comfort is exactly what you’d expect from Conrad. Service is polished, efficient, and genuinely welcoming without feeling overly formal. What I appreciated most was how practical the entire experience felt, luxury combined with convenience. In a city with many high-end hotels, Conrad Guangzhou stands out by making every part of your stay effortless.

Very good location to parkland and many shopping centres and restaurants. Fairly reasonable price we picked the Club floor lounge but it was very minimal compared to other Hiltons. Only a very small window of time to enjoy a drink and very limited snacks and alcohol choice. If i stayed again i would avoid club floor it isnt good at all. What really let the Hotel down is the AC, i had to call reception multiple times, basically the room was very warm (wouldn't drop below 23c internal ever) even though i had the AC turned down low and blinds closed it is simply not good enough. A very uncomfortable and hot sleep. The rooms are basic, club lounge is basic, staff are good.

Stayed here for six nights and felt very at home throughout. The staff, from the concierge to the front desk to the chamber maids, were very polite, professional and helpful when I approached or meet them along the way. Rooms were big and clean, with nice amenities. Hotel’s WiFi could also access platforms such as Google and Facebook. TV does not have many international channels though. Convenient location as it’s connected to Liede Metro station (through IGC Mall). Otherwise, it’s cheap to take a DiDi around Guangzhou.

We had a wonderful stay! The experience is top class the moment we walked in. The family room with 2 separate rooms is a perfect room type; 2 shower room, 2 toilets and 4 sinks. Heaven. We had the canton tower facing view at 21 floor. Service is top notched. The concierge gave great recommendations and exceeded our expectations. In room HD movies entertainment and lighting system were extra touches we appreciated. Highly recommend!
