The apartment looks great! Very well designed! Room was clean, living room was comfortable, full kitchen amenities and toilet came with a tub, separate shower area and WC. There were a group of us who had to move from the nearby hotel to CM+ Serviced apartment, they even had the staff from CM+ to pick us up from the nearby hotel and got our luggage to CM+ serviced apartment. Very good customer service. Unfortunately this was my last trip to Shekou this year, if I knew this place earlier, I would have never stayed anywhere else.

There is absolutely no service to be had here. Worst hotel experience ever. Stayed here when it was under Fraser management and completely satisfied. China Merchants took it over and turned it into a hostel. I asked to speak to a manager about my issues and was actually refused. Shame on the management for running such a terrible operation.
