Shenzhen Baolilai International Hotel (Airport Branch)

Have been staying at Bao Li Lai every time we come to Shenzhen for the last 17 years. The service is really good and rooms are great and spacious. The Japanese restaurant is very well renovated and tastefully decorated. Fodd is good and prices are reasonable. While my Pudong Hua is not great and their English is not either, they do make the effort to accomodate our every request. Of course over the years, Googke translate has come to the fore to help as well. The wifi at the hotel has improved over the years as a testimony to their ongoing upgarding of facilities of the hotel. HIghly recommended without any reservations if you are in Shenzhen and around the Boan area.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Baolilai Hotel in Shenzhen and would definitely recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. I stay there every year for Business Trips. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. It is only about 10 minutes by taxi from Shenzhen International Airport. In addition, the nearest metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city and surrounding areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable. A special highlight is the restaurant on the top floor. The all-you-can-eat buffet offers a wide selection of high-quality and freshly prepared dishes, with a strong focus on seafood. The food quality exceeded my expectations, and the variety available ensures there is something for everyone. Considering the location, room quality, service, and excellent dining experience, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially business travelers looking for comfort and convenience near the airport

Excellent stays - I transited Shenzhen twice this week to and from Singapore and stayed at the Baolilai International both times for one night each time with my family (2 adults, 2 children). Both stays were exceptional. £7 max taxi fare from the airport (unsung Ali Pay) and a 20 min journey. Clean and spacious rooms fully equipped to 5* standard and more, excellent breakfast and most importantly wonderful staff - especially the front of house manager on Saturday 24th May (I didn’t get her name) but she was so kind and welcoming and an absolute credit to the hotel. She was great with the kids and we were all made to feel very welcome. We will be sure to stay here again when we are next passing. Thank you for such an enjoyable two stays.

Nice 5 starts hotel. There is not much to complain about. Wifi was not strong enough and often lost the internet. There is not much flexibility, such as I could not deduct non breakfast days while I could do that in French hotels. Close to airport but very faraway to city center and attractions. Near by many dine in restaurants, shops, a mall, spas and traditional pharmacy. There is one spa in the hotel too, but the prices are comparable high, and you may not be fully informed about what are the services, including to it.
