Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou

I had an amazing experience at Baiyun International Hotel in Guangzhou. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the comfortable rooms to the excellent facilities and outstanding service. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel valued as a guest. I honestly regret that this was my first time staying here. I usually choose other hotels that are much more expensive, yet they offer less comfort and often fail to meet my expectations. This hotel provided a far better experience at a much better value. I will definitely choose Baiyun International Hotel again on my future visits to Guangzhou, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional comfort, service, and hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable!

The hotel is charming, ideally located, and peaceful, offering a variety of rooms. Unfortunately, during the fairs, almost all the rooms are occupied. This can make it difficult to book a room during that period. However, the establishment remains an excellent choice for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean with a very good atmosphere next to a luxury shopping mall. Also there is a Turkish restaurant next to it if you are fan of mideastern restaurants. The restaurant and breakfast is really good and you have verities of Chinese and none Chinese options. The gym is pretty good. The equipment was pretty old but acceptable. The swimming pool is closed in winter.

The hotel is located at the old part of the city. All staff from front-desk to concierge speak English and are helpful. The location is good. Many small local eateries within walking distance. The hotel is connected to a luxury mall and located 15 mins away by car to the wholesale garment stores. Plenty of taxis waiting in front of the hotel, so very convenient. The hotel is quite old but the rooms are well-equipped, clean and a good size. Love that they provided guests with limitless bottled water. I enjoyed my stay there.
