We stayed at this hotel for almost a month. We are so happy with this hotel and people here. From the concierge staff, to the Senior Sales Manager Mr Xie, and even staff in the laundry room and the kitchen. They all made us feel like at home. Mr. Xie recommended local attractions and food to us, and he even gave us technical support for WeChat. We really appreciate his help. The kitchen staff are always friendly and helpful; a particular highlight is the smiling lady "Cheng Wen" who always greeted us warmly, made us feel welcomed and at home. The room is clean and spacious. The window can be opened for fresh air. Individual heating/cooling system is a plus to the room. We would recommend having an extra chair and a table/working bench for the room. The washroom could be brighter. Afterall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff, excellent service
I stayed three nights, two of which I didn't sleep at all. The bed was very hard, the pillows were flat and offered no support, the floor creaked with every step, a large crack appeared in the marble near the window, and the toilet seat tilted to the right, requiring me to hold onto the handrail every time I used the toilet. I complained, and they said they could repair it or change rooms, but the two rooms I saw were almost identical, with dim lighting. The room was near the main street, so the traffic noise at night was very loud. By the time I checked out, my back was so sore from the lack of sleep and the hard bed that I couldn't straighten up and had to buy painkillers. On the night of the 29th, at 11 pm, I ordered takeout from Meituan, simply calling the front desk to confirm if it had been delivered, but the staff member was very loud and rude, telling me that if I needed it urgently, I should pick it up at the front desk myself. One night, while using the elevator to go outside, two staff members tried to get a mattress into the elevator. I was speechless. They even tried to force their way into the elevator when there were other guests. Secondly, I saw them dragging the mattress on the floor, which was very unhygienic. Overall, the staff lacked training, leaving me with a very poor impression of Atour Hotels, especially the Zhongshan VPark Atour Hotel. I had previously stayed at Atour Hotels in Fujian and Shenzhen and had good experiences, so I chose to stay in Zhongshan again. I didn't expect this one to leave such a bad impression. Because I booked directly through the hotel's official WeChat account, Ann, who served me, was very patient, so I gave her five stars on the website. These five stars are because of her patience. There was also a young man named Jiduo, and another more mature male staff member whose name I forgot. Apart from these three, the other staff seemed to be in a training school. I chose to share this honest experience here in the hope that the staff can receive further training, and that the hotel will pay attention to areas in the rooms that could potentially cause accidents and repair them promptly.
The front desk service was courteous, and the breakfast was plentiful.
