Amazing hotel in Guangzhou. Very close to the train station, excellent room, service, and overall experience. The gym was quite small though. The included hotel breakfast has lots of food. Overall I had an amazing stay.
A great local hotel that is good for international travelers. Took a chance to try vs the Westin and our party was very happy with the choice. Just a few steps from the Metro station exit B at Kecun stop. 1 stop away from the Canton tower stop.
My stay at this hotel was heavily impacted by the reception staff — especially the night shift. The repeated lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic hospitality was extremely disappointing and overshadowed what could have been an excellent stay. Because of this, my overall rating is 3/10. It’s truly unfortunate, because I genuinely loved the hotel itself. The location is perfect, the free shuttle to the Canton Fair was incredibly convenient, the amenities were great, the breakfast was delicious, and the entire property was spotless. In terms of comfort, cleanliness, and facilities, the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, the staff experience — particularly the unprofessional behavior and poor attitude of the night reception — significantly lowered my impression. With proper training and a more welcoming approach, this hotel could easily be a 10/10.”
The Rooms are great! Cleaning is thorough, the lay out is lovely, and the amenities are all there. The service is phenomenal, the reception staff are young and very helpful, they dont all speak english, but there are two of the most lovely people that speak english there, and may the lord put a pox on your house if you so much as yell at them, because they are adorable. The location is great, you’re next to the metro, a bunch of malls, and everything in close distance. I came here blind but leaving very content with my choice.
