Transfer was punctual and fast in a very comfortable ca. We went early and the ride was relaxing. The driver brought us right to ticket scanner which saved us a bit qeuing time. Money well spent. The place itself might leave you bit speechless in a positive sense and defintily with a wonderful memory for the rest of our life.

Wonderful tour from the beginning to the end. It lasts for about 5 hours. They picked us up on time and everything went smooth. Agnes was our tour guide. She is such a nice lady, very knowledgeable about the history of Xi’an and China generally, answered all questions we had and she made the experience so special for us. Highly recommended.

We had booked the transfer & tickets (no guide) and everything worked out perfectly. The driver met us on time and also walked us to the entrance. Entry went well without any problems. The driver was ready to drive us back upon our notice when we were finished. Super easy! Communication up front was very helpful. We changed the pickup time beforehand (after booking) to an earlier hour which went well. Everyone was super helpful.

All documentaries you may have ever seen about the Terracota Army is nothing compared to see them on site, dimensions are unbelievable and infrastructure really well prepared for visitors! My guide, Tina, was really helpful and she gave me a lot of data about Chinese history!

Tina was a walking dictionary of Xian n she was patient n extremely extensive in her historical accounts of the exhibits n tours she brought us to. It was one of our most eye opening n memorable trips by far! To top it off she recommended a fantastic local restaurant that serves the best local delicacies that we otherwise would not have been able to discover. Kudos to her n her professionalism!

Tina is our guide for today she speak excellent English .She detail introduce the Warriors and answer all my questions,we know a lot of the Warriors .she take us go the the local restaurant the food is very delicious.we have a very happy day with Tina We have a nice trip.

This tour led by Amber was the tour of all tours. She was incredible. Our driver was incredible. The knowledge around the topic was fantastic. Her knowledge on the museum, its development over the years and the future of the site, just superb. Amber led us with patience and kindness yet timeliness. Super skilled at knowing when to pause and when to leave us to think. Our lunch stop was delicious and Amber carefully explained what would happen and the food being served. The car, the tour, the food all exemplary. You must book this.

The place is rammed with people jostling for photo space but is a spectacular museum. Rosa was a really informative guide sharing the history and culture from a local perspective which made the experience more interesting

Rosa was a very good guide, very kind and helpful, she patiently and clearly explained a lot of information about Chinese and xi’an history. The tour is well organised and we were able to see everything and return on schedule.

Seeing one of the worlds true gems: the Terracotta Army is a MUST do excursion. It is one thing to view images on TV but to actually see this in person is a definite ‘bucket list’ item now ticked off. WOW! Comes to mind: unbelievable, fantastic history may be others. We did not book a full tour or a guide as we did some homework previous to viewing & there are plenty of English signage around: very happy with our day out. TIP: we are now huge users & believers of Alipay/DiDi; so we would recommend only prepaying your admission ticket to avoid long lines of people & book your car via DiDi on the morning you are ready to go: cheaper & easy. In short, go to this wonderful venue, which is about 30 kms out of Xi’an. 10/10 for us.

Couldn't get payment to work on the museum website but this worked fine and allowed me to walk in just showing passport. I only got tickets, no guide, and worked exactly as expected. It costs about US$10 more than buying a ticket through the museum though.

The driver was punctual, the car was nice, spacious and clean. He picked us up from the hotel and took us to the archaeological site. He drove prudently and professionally. He explained how to enter the archaeological site and then waited for us without rushing. Once the tour was over we arranged for him to take us to the airport. He was very courteous, he put on soft music and we slept for the whole trip 😊 he even gave us a gift to wish us a good trip. Really recommend it!

Booked tickets and private driver for 2 people Arrived in front of the entrance the driver tells us that we must return to the meeting point established after 2 hours. Absolutely insufficient time for the visit, given the influx of people I sent 2 wathsapp messages to the manager who had sent us the data to ask for clarification while I was inside the structure. They were read after a few minutes, the answer came after 11 hours...So we had to skip some areas to get to the car on time. Also arrived at the agreed meeting point, the driver was not there and we had to look for him because he was in another place

It is a pity the number of people and the queues to be able to enter.We had a lot of hopes but we could not distrutta anything. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfectly English

ガイドさんの案内は、とても良かったと思います。ただ、このツアーの申し込みは非常に難しかったと思います。バウチャーを送って欲しいとメールしましたが送ってくれませんでした。どれがバウチャーかも分かりませんでした。問い合わせの電話をしたところメールすると言ってくれましたが、バウチャーとは書いていませんでした。不安なまま現地に行きました。英語で書かれていることが多くありましたので、非常にわかりにくかったです。このような点を今後改善してもらえたらと思います。

Rosa è stata una guida bravissima! Super brava a parlare inglese e nel darci indicazioni nella visita. Super cordiale e gentile ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Ci ha anche accompagnato a mangiare in un posto locale aiutandoci in tutto.

The private bus arrived on time at 8:00 and took us to the entrance in an hour. The driver left us in my opinion little time to visit the place only two hours that with the usual queue at the entrance of the Chinese we had to say the least an hour and in a hurry we saw some market at the exit. Unfortunately they sell too many tickets for attractions in China and the statues you see wrong with too many people on them.

Tout était parfait, le prestataire a été toujours présent via wechat pour nous aider. Il s'agissait en effet d'un transfert avec chauffeur depuis xi'an jusqu'au site. Nous avons pu communiquer facilement avec notre chauffeur grâce aux applications de traduction. Le chauffeur était particulièrement aimable et soucieux de nous aider. Nous sommes vraiment très satisfaits de cette expérience.
