The tour was great, we enjoyed a lot. Our tour guide was very helpful and professional, she helped us to pick the options, explained the histories for the exhibitions, we would not get that much of insights without our tour guide.

We had a wonderful tour in Xi’an and really enjoyed the whole day. Our guide Linda was very kind, friendly, and professional. She took excellent care of us throughout the tour, explained everything very well, and made the visit to the Terracotta Warriors and the city wall very interesting and enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable from start to finish. We can definitely recommend this tour and would like to thank Linda again for the great experience.

This was the most extraordinarily brilliant day! Linda our incredible English speaking guide was simply perfect in every way! She arrived early to collect us with the driver from our hotel and then off we went! We were able to add in seeing The Big Goose Pagoda first thing in the morning ahead of the Terracotta Warriors followed by a delicious local lunch and tea tasting. Then off for a special reflexology session. Linda’s knowledge helped make our day extra special! She was able to tailor the day to our needs and wants. We would highly recommend this tour and especially Linda as the guide! 5 stars isn’t enough!

There were other options on the tour but we had already visited the wall and the towers as our hotel was close to them. Linda was an excellent guide. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us get the best out of our visit. She took us to a lovely restaurant for lunch and as I’m vegan helped me to select a suitable meal which was delicious. The restaurant also had a tea house and we tried different teas. The Terracotta Warriors are well worth a visit. It’s such an interesting place and the excavations are ongoing. The history of the pagoda is also really fascinating. We climbed to the top and could see all around the city. I would highly recommend this tour with Linda as she was so friendly and helpful and pointed out other places of interest in Xi’an along the way. Communication was great. Our driver was also very professional and we felt safe. Water and fresh apricots were provided in the car. We enjoyed the day very much.

Linda is very knowledgeable and speaks English very well. The tour was great and lunch was amazing!

Cindy was our guide, she’s excellent; fluent English, very knowledgeable bringing the history to life for us and a helpful & considerate person who was a pleasure to spend our day with. Communication with the tour company was very good too, at their suggestion we made an early start & entered the Terracotta warriors as it opened, good tip. A private guided tour is really worth it at a busy site like this. We went on to the Emperors burial mound & chariot museum also well worth it, very close to the Warriors & ties the story together. We finished at the Palace & hot springs set in beautiful gardens, again nearby. Really recommend this trip & particularly Cindy as your guide.

We spent half the day touring the TerraCotta Warriors Museum and half day on the ShaanXi History Museum. Linda was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly - I highly recommend her to anyone with keen interest in China’s history, arts, and culture. My partner and I walked away with a much deeper understanding of Ancient China and we are very grateful!

We had an amazing day with Tina! We visited the Terra Cotta Warriors - which we understood so much better after Tina‘s explanation of the history! Then we visited the 6000 year ago, village exhibition and ended the day at the Wild goose Pagoda! We did stop for lunch at a local favorite and had amazing food because of Tina suggestion! Her driver, Wen was also amazing! Highly recommend!

Fantastic tour with Linda - really good explanations at Hanyangling (which was an optional extra) and the Terracotta Warriors, and then she took us to a really nice local restaurant for some Xi'An food specialities! Thoroughly recommend!

Tina was an excellent guide. She started telling us about the Terracotta Warriors’ background from the minute we started on the road. By the time we approached the site, we knew the history of the Terracotta Warriors, making our experience much more meaningful. She gave us excellent choices, steered us to the shortest lines, saving us time in line, found an excellent restaurant for lunch, and had the best attitude all day, even after we wanted to add a new option to the end of our tour.

The views were gorgeous, Sean was informative- answered all our questions, lovely- got us lunch, and the car was very comfortable- had ice water.

The private tour and our guide Nancy has been very accommodating as our kid was quite young and we needed high flexibility. The site was very crowded at the time of the year but our guide navigated us well.

Our licensed private guide and Xi'an native, Stephen, was wonderful. When we were signing up for a tour, to see the Emperor Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Site Museum, we considered both bus tours and private tours. Boy, were we glad we chose a private tour. The Emperor Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Site Museum is one of China's top 5 tourist attractions. It is difficult to describe the volume of human bodies there. Stephen was great in not only guiding us through the right gates, but also helping to "make a hole" in the crush of people so we could properly view the archaeological pits from the railings. All along the way, he provided insightful narratives and patiently answered our myriad of questions. We didn't have to worry about keeping up with buses of moving horde. When we wanted to stop for a restroom break, or visit the gift shop, we stopped. Stephen made sure we found our way back to him. He made what could have been a sweltering shoving match into a comfortable stroll through the complex. As a part of the package, aside from the seeing the terracotta warriors, we could pick 2 other stops. We chose to visit the actual Emperor Qin Shi Huang's burial mound, and Hua Qing Palace where Tang dynasty emperors spent their winters. We felt a visit to the actual mound (many other tours only offer it as a drive-by) was a nice wrap to the terracotta warriors visit. While Hua Qing Palace is known for the hot spring-fed bathing pools of Yang Guifei (Concubine Yang), it's a bit cheesy of an attraction. The ruins of the pools looked like ruins. What aren't ruins were tackily embellished (like Emperor Li Longji's bathing pool complete with fake lotus blossoms and fog machines, or the garden filled with silk flowers). All of the buildings were replicas. They also offer a nightly review show about the Tang Dynasty and Chang Kei Shek. If I had to pick again, we would not have picked Hua Qing Palace.

Her genuine passion for Xi'an’s history and the Terracotta Army was truly engaging, and it was clear from the moment we met her that she loves what she does. Linda shared captivating stories, explained the historical significance of the warriors in detail, and answered all our questions with enthusiasm and expertise. We also visited the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was beautiful and serene, and had a lovely lunch in a charming local restaurant. I had a fantastic day with my guide Tina visiting the Terracotta Warriors near Xi’an. Tina is an excellent guide — her English is very good, and her deep knowledge of the site and its history made the experience both educational and truly engaging. She shared many fascinating details about the origins and significance of the warriors, and thanks to her thoughtful planning, we were able to avoid the crowds by starting in a different hall than most visitors. This made the visit much more relaxing and enjoyable. To top it all off, Tina offered me the unique opportunity to attend a performance at the Huaxia Cultural Theater at the end of the afternoon. The show was spectacular — it told the story of the Silk Road and how people and animals once traveled along it, with beautiful visuals and powerful performances. All in all, it was a memorable and enriching day. I highly recommend Tina as a guide!

I spent an amazing day with my family at the terracotta warriors and winter palace. Linda is an amazing guide who is very knowledgeable about the history and can explain it very well. I recommend asking for Linda as a guide if you want to visit historical places and learn about them. Linda is very accommodating and lets you enjoy the tour at your own pace. I had an awesome tour with Linda. We visited the: The museum of Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor and Huaqing Palace. Linda was very knowledgeable and was able to adapt the tour - both physically and dietary for my mum. Both Linda and driver were on time to pick us up from the hotel and kept us informed at all times what is happening. Before the tour finished, Linda also gave us some recommendations on how we could spend the rest of our time in Xi'An.

We had a great experience in this historic town of Xi’An with Tina. Tina showed us Teracotta Army, Big Wild Goose Pagoda as well as Xity Walls. Tina was very informative and grat companion. She has a lot of historical knowledge as well as passion. So it was pleasers to spent a day in her company. We enjoyed the trip a lot.

Tina was great. Very kind and knowledgeable about the terracotta warriors, city wall, and goose pagoda. She was very friendly and helped us to pick out food. She was also very helpful when one of our guests began to feel sick and accommodated that. She has over 20 years experience and it shows!

Linda taught us phrases in Chinese, introduced us to some delicious local food, made sure we saw the acrobats at the Terracotta Warriors museum, and created a laid-back atmosphere that never felt rushed even when we were surrounded by crowds. And we still got to do all the touristy stuff.

Wonderful and beautiful informative tour of Terra Catta museum. Linda was a great tour guide who gave us lots of historical background information at each place. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She suggested the Legend of the Silk Road performance that was spectacular. Also took us to the big Goose Temple. A full day of activity.

What a trip. Rosa our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly as was Mr Han our driver. The terracotta warriors were amazing and then we were taken to a copy tomb and a 6000 year old village.

We had a fantastic time with our guide Linda. She promptly picked us up at our hotel at 8am and discussed what we wanted to do for the day. We then made our way to the terracotta warriors where she gave us plenty of information about Xi’an and the warriors. We spent about 3 hours at the warriors site before making our way to Huaqing Palace and then to lunch at a local restaurant. We then finished the day at the Big Goose Pagoda. Linda was very helpful and informative throughout the tour. If you want a tour that suits you and what you wish to see please book this tour! Highly recommend.

Linda is an exceptional tour guide. She is knowledgeable, friendly and speaks fluent English. On the day of the tour, she waited for us promptly at the hotel by 8am. We had a short discussion to confirm the sites we wanted to visit, which included the big goose pagoda and the terracotta warrior museum. She spoke of the site history in great details (in both mandarin and English) and took us to the best spots for photos. At the end of the tour, she took us to a lovely local Chinese restaurant and we had a delicious lunch. The whole trip took about 8 hours. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge of the sites, and hope that we would return to visit Xi’an in the future. I would highly recommended to book a tour with Linda.

The tour was fantastic! Our guide Cindy picked us up from the hotel at 9am and took us all the way out to the warriors. On the drive there (with our great driver) she passed on so much useful and interesting historical and cultural information which greatly contextualised our trip. Having taken us around the warriors and explaining more useful information in great detail, we had a nice local lunch. It was also great to then. be taken to the city wall and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Cindy knew so much about each location, her English was perfect, and she was a lot of fun in addition to being very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide was Linda Guo and she was amazing. She picked us up at our hotel in the morning and brought us to see the terracotta warriors. After spending 3 hours learning about the history of the terracotta warriors, she recommended us a local restaurant that served the best food we’ve had in Xian. She also brought us to the city wall, bell tower and muslim quarters. At the end of our day with her, she kindly helped to arrange our transport to the train station as well. My family enjoyed spending the day with Linda and we highly recommend her!

It was such a great way to see Xi’an! Our tour guide Linda was fantastic. My daughter and I speak a little Chinese but her English was so good. She gave us a lot of background and history of each place we went and got us back to our hotel exactly when we asked so we could pack up to leave.
