Lovely boutique hotel located only a short walk from the Drum and Bell Tower and the Muslim Market. Rooms are a reasonable size and I like the free water available by the lifts on each floor. Only thing I didnt like was the towels individually wrapped in plastic. No need for this, just a waste of plastic. Cool wooden displays on each floor.
Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to many tourist attractions in Xi’an. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of choices. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great Hotel in the heart of Xi'An Rooms are very large, luxurious and very well appointed. The hotel feels quite luxurious as is excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the buffet breakfast was amazing!
We had an amazing stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more! The location is perfect—right in the city center and within walking distance of many of Xi’an’s main attractions, including the City Wall, which is only about a 10-minute walk away. There are also plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and lovely streets to explore nearby. The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos: everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was included and exceeded our expectations, with a great variety of high-quality options. We also loved the complimentary afternoon tea—the pastries were delicious and a wonderful extra touch. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. We’d especially like to thank Anna, she was warm, polite, and helpful, even walked us to our car when we left. The hotel also surprised us with thoughtful farewell gifts. On top of that, late one evening they helped print an important document for us without hesitation. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Xina. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.
A gem of a hotel located in a great location in Xian city center within 10 min walk to the famous Bell Tower. Hotel is located in a great location with plenty of restaurants all around. Extremely walkable area with attractions like the old City Wall, Bell Tower, Muslim quarter, shopping malls, restaurants all within easy walking access. Staff were super nice, efficient, spoke decent English and helpful. We got a late checkout for 2pm no problem at all since we were taking the overnight train in the evening to Beijing. Another absolute great plus is that the hotel has a laundry room with washers and dryers all for free ! Absolutely a gem when traveling for any length of time (our overall trip was 2 weeks and Xian was day 6-9 on our trip) With the summer heat and sweat, laundry is super useful Soung insulation was great ... we didnt hear a peep. Room was huge and very comfortable. AC was great (importance in the summer heat) Absolutely would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xian
