Love this hotel. It's posh, it's beautiful, amazing service and absolutely yummy breakfast 🔥🔥 Unfortunately, they don't have bidet spray in their toilet. Had a great time in Wyndham Grand Hotel! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have just returned back to the UK, and this is to say a huge thank you to all staff at the Wyndham Grand South Xi’an. Most importantly to the lady who helped us at check-in Kiko Zera, she went out of our way to help. Thank you Kiko very much. Anyone looking for one of the best hotels, then this is the one. Close enough to nightlife and close enough for trips. Great hotel, thank you all, and the staff first class.

Overall a comfortable stay with good amenities! We found the service to be very good but deducted a star because English remained somewhat limited outside of a few of the front desk staff. However, we will note that when the staff was not able to understand us, they went out of their way to try to find a way to communicate by google translate or by trying to find someone else. The rooms were well-maintained and up to the 5 star standard expected. Concierge was very helpful in helping set up taxis and providing some information about expected travel times. We felt the dining options were a little limited as vegetarians but again the staff tried to accommodate us as best as they could. We particularly appreciated breakfast room service. One of our favorite features of the entire stay was the free laundry room. The room has several large capacity washing machines and dryers along with a dedicated shoe washing machine, several sinks with accessories to hand wash items, a few treadmills to kill time, and ample comfortable seating. There are clear instructions in english and the room is neatly maintained. Wish every hotel provided such a great service! The hotel is also well situated close to the night market and some nearby attractions. However it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro. Overall would recommend!
