The Westin Xian

Highly recommended place to stay in Xi'an. The location can't be beat. It's a very trendy area right by the Great wild goose pagoda. Lots of restaurants shops and nightlife just outside the doorsteps.

This is my worst experience. My wife applied for an aroma massage. I applied for a foot massage at a hotel spa. But I made sure they were shared in one room. A male foot massage came in, gave my wife disposable underwear and told her to change. And in the same room, my wife was told to go nude and get an aroma massage, and I was ordered to get a foot massage. How can my wife take off her clothes in front of another man and get a massage? Is it inappropriate to separate and get one in another room? It is so insulting and incomprehensible. The front desk says there is nothing the spa can do because it doesn't belong to a hotel. I think this is an excuse. I think we need a clear action. I will formally raise the issue with the Marriott until I understand it.

A beautiful, memorable family birthday celebration at Five Sen5es. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I have stayed at many Marriott properties, and The Westin Xi’an really made this family trip feel special. We are staying in a Club Lounge room and had a wonderful family birthday celebration at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, Five Sen5es. A very special thank you to Ms. Lucky Wang, who made a fantastic special arrangement for my uncle’s 90th birthday and my mom’s 80th birthday. She arranged a private room for our family and pleasantly surprised us with the most thoughtful birthday décor and details, which made the lunch feel warm, personal, and truly memorable. Ms. Lucky went above and beyond to make sure our family had a beautiful time together. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made this milestone celebration even more special. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Five Sen5es and The Westin Xi’an for anyone looking to celebrate a meaningful family occasion.

A must-stay at The Westin Xi’an when visiting Xi’an. The hotel architecture and decorations are beautiful, and the lobby makes a strong first impression. The bed and thick comforter were especially comfortable, and the bathing amenities were excellent. The location is very convenient—a short walk to Datang Everbright City and close to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, making it easy to explore the area in the evening. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
