Our stay at Sofitel Zhengzhou hotel is one of the highlight of our holiday in China. Everything in the hotel is spotless. We got one room in their beautiful suite and staff member took the extra mile to decorate our room for our special occasion. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Sherry who helped a lot with my wife request of assistance. The breakfast has many good selection and they are all delicious. We truly enjoy each moment we had in this hotel.

We stayed for one night for our anniversary, the front desk manager Miao Miao and her team members (Vicky and others) were very welcoming and helpful! We received the beautiful room decoration with flowers for our anniversary celebration. As a gold member, I also received the room upgraded and late check out that was really satisfying. Any time when I needed help they were always friendly and helpful.
It was a business visit made memorable by the welcoming and hospitable staff, a quality that starts right at the top at Sofitel Zhengzhou and then trickles down to the rest. Antoine, the General Manager, is a wonderful person who not only personally welcomed me during check-in but also ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. He is a very humble and hands-on person who is always involved and attentive to the guests. A big thanks to Miowmiow and Zhao at the Club Lounge, who went out of their way to cater to my special dietary needs (vegetarian food). The room and the bed were very comfortable and clean, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk (200-300 meters) from the subway. Full marks and five stars to the hotel.
