Rooms are dated, we booked a corner room and it isn’t on a corner, outside windows dirty. Everything in the hotel is minimal, minimal air con not cool enough minimal hot water not hot enough. Minimal drinks in the club lounge, bottles put out on display empty. Everything run at a minimum to save money. This is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Bon Voy you are letting your guests down, we are very disappointed.

Great value for money. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of dishes. I really enjoyed their facilities like gym (opened 24hrs), sauna, and pool.

I’ve been to Xi’an twice, stayed both times in this hotel. The service and staff are amazing! The rooms are very comfortable and it’s a fantastic spot literally next door to the metro.

Location is very good, the mrt station is right outside the hotel and takes about 10mins to the city centre. There's also several huge shopping centres within 5min walk. Pretty nice rooms. The staff were extremely friendly. Only downside was a bit major in that that the room (particularly the first one we were in, up on a higher floor) were too warm, and the AC cannot be adjusted down due to central heating. The staff did their best to accommodate us, by promptly relocating us from a higher floor to a lower floor which was indeed a bit cooler.
