I had a wonderful 10-day stay at NiHao Café Hotel during my first trip back to Taiwan after eight months, and it was the perfect place to call home. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxing and comforting. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained throughout my stay. The location is 👍 just a short walk from Da’an MRT Station, making it easy to explore Taipei while enjoying a quieter neighborhood. Having NiHao Café right in front of the hotel was another highlight. It was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and a great cup of coffee before heading out each day. Returning to Taiwan after eight months was a meaningful trip for me, and staying here made it even more special. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and for making my 10-day stay so memorable. I truly felt at home and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Taipei. Hotel was so cosy, comfortable and clean with lovely design. The room was quite small but we didn’t mind at all because of how comfortable and nicely designed it was. We had a pretty tree outside the window. Staff were really nice and accomodating and helped us after my partner accidentally left his jacket after we’d checked out. Definitely the nicest place we stayed at the entire holiday. Excellent location and the free mini bar with tea and snacks was such a nice touch. Good coffee too.
Totally enjoyed my stay. Nice vibe, quiet and cozy, clean, modern facilities, nice cafe and coffee ☺️ friendly staff, complimentary snacks etc. Also great location with the metro just around the corner. Would absolutely book again!
This hotel is a great choice for backpackers but is truly a 3-star hotel. The location is very convenient which makes it the biggest reason to stay here. The staff were friendly but their service was alright, like you get the vibe that they are just doing their job. They don’t have many people, so when I ordered a breakfast meal I had to wait more than 30 minutes. The facilities were all clean and ok, but the bathroom (or the entire room, really) is a bit too damp...and I could see the ceiling becoming moldy. The kitchen or the open cafe area is pretty small/cozy so when they are preparing food it can quickly become “smelly”. Check-in is only after 15:00 and there are no staff around after 20:30 but they do have a number you can call.
