I stayed in this hotel 2 months prior to this second visit, this time in room 1810 instead of 1710. The stay was just as good as the previous stay. Photos were uploaded with my last review and they are similar for this room.|One aspect that truly marks out hotels as being exceptional is how they deal with problems. One night, as I was watching TV, there was what seemed a very loud BANG and the TV went off. It had "blown up" - I suspect a fuze had blown. I went down to reception and was dealt by the "bell boy" who used his mobile to translate my words. I was told to return to my room. Within 5 minutes a lady had come to inspect it and used her mobile to inform me she had sent for maintenance. Very soon a man came, looked at the TV and then took it away - it was 50+ inches. Within a few minutes a new TV was installed. From start to finish, the whole process took less than 10 minutes at about 2030. Absolutely exceptional service. Faultless. I wish other hotels were as fast and efficient at dealing with such problems.|I praise this hotel again, 5 stars well and truly deserved.

It would be better to spend the night at the airport hotel.

Staying in a five-star hotel at a Taiwanese business travel price was excellent value for money. The breakfast was fantastic, and the front desk service was also very good.
