Grand lobby with Luxurious decoration at the lobby and at each hotel level lobby. The hotel went all out to recreate the cultural atmosphere and experience. However, lights are dim and barely sufficient to figure your way around.
Room are of a good size come with bathtub and separate shower & toilet bowl area. The tradeoffs have to crossover to get to the other side. Can be chilling if you know what I mean.
JW Marriott always have the right pillows to go with the comfortable bed and good room size with a good view.
Surrounding not much of shopping area other than restaurants. However, everything else is about half an hour way.
Noted the shower room needs maintenance was the flooring is chipping off.

Nice spacious room, new hotel modern and good location. Just 200m away from the subway station. Xi’an you can travel around by train, no need cabs
Pros: Great deco with culture of the Xi’an city, bigger room. I recommend if u come for the first time
Cons: Maybe problems of management issues that nobody could answer the services call at midnight. Which’s a little bit wired for a luxury brand for Marriott.
We had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott. Service was amazing, including our front desk staff Sami Z. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the breakfast spread was grand, and all of the staff were so attentive.
