Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience overall. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The room is a little dated, but very clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job and made sure the room was spotless every time we came back. They even gave us a small souvenir when we checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a good selection and was never too crowded. The Shui Pen Beef (水盆牛肉) was especially good with roujiamo. The gym is also quite nice and was basically empty in the mornings. The location is great, right next to Minleyuan Walking Street and Wanda Plaza, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The metro is a little far, about a 10–15 minute walk, but getting around by taxi or Didi is very convenient. One thing to keep in mind: traffic to the airport can be heavy in the morning, so definitely leave some extra time. At just over RMB 500 per night, this hotel was an excellent value. The hardware may be a little older, but the cleanliness, service, location, and overall experience more than made up for it. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Xi’an.

Very good hotel in a center of Xi'an. Breakfast had a big selection of food with pastries and local dishes alike. If hungry, small selection of food of menu is available. We had burgers 2 times and both times burger buns seemed a bit dry (old). Other then that - very helpful staff and very clean and tidy rooms.
Amazing stay at this lovely hotel. Decor was incredible and service from the front desk, F&B and lobby assistants were all incredible. Gold member here, and got upgraded to a suite and comped breakfast - choice was huge and surely something for everyone. Location is slightly further away from the main attractions but still within the ancient walls and nothing a short/cheap Didi ride can't overcome. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.
I stayed at the Hilton Xi’an and found it to be one of those properties where the value really stands out, even if the hardware shows its age. The hotel has the classic, older‑generation Hilton style — darker wood tones, heavier décor, and room layouts that feel more traditional than modern. It’s not the newest or most polished Hilton in China, and you can tell the property has been around for a while. That said, everything is well maintained, clean, and fully functional, so the age never becomes a real inconvenience. Where the hotel shines is in the overall experience relative to the price. Room rates are often very reasonable for a full‑service Hilton in a major tourist city, and you still get the brand’s reliable service, comfortable beds, and generous breakfast spread. For travelers who want international‑chain consistency without paying luxury‑hotel prices, this property delivers excellent value. The location is another strong point. Situated near the city center and within easy reach of Xi’an’s major attractions, it makes sightseeing straightforward whether you’re heading to the city walls, the Muslim Quarter, or the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Transportation options are convenient, and the surrounding area has plenty of dining and shopping. Overall, Hilton Xi’an may not be the newest or most stylish hotel in the city, but it offers a dependable, comfortable stay at a very attractive price point. If you prioritize value and convenience over cutting‑edge design, it’s a solid and practical choice for a trip to Xi’an.
This hotel is a guarantee if you want the best location, spacious room cleanness and luxury, The staff makes you feel welcome and up to help at every moment, there is spa, fitness center and indoor pool The room is comfortable, spacious and luxurious, ideal for relaxing, working and why not pamper yourself and order room service The room has a double set of automatic curtains so you can have soft natural daylight, an unobstructed view, or total darkness. Added to this is the complete silence, making it perfect for relaxing after a 5-hour bullet train ride. I only had a small problem with the minibar which the staff quickly resolved.
