The room was really lovely and comfortable. House in wonderful grounds under the monument. The staff were very helpful, taking our bags at 10am on the day of check-in. Breakfast was lovely. Sorry we didn't stay there longer and will come back.
Booked as a treat for completing the reverse Cumbria Way. Delightful Victorian property, beautiful decor, and even the treat of a large bathtub! Lovely friendly host. Highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights at this fabulous guesthouse in July for my birthday. Our first trip to the Lakes and the B&B was in a quiet location with a friendly owner. Great room with a comfy bed, jacuzzi bath & good shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast & delicious. Free parking - the driveway is very narrow from the road. 10 minute walk into Ulverston town centre & easy access up to Hoad Hill. Would stay here again - thank you!
A lovely house with great views. Drive way and gates are very narrow, especially in a 7 seater. Room was great and quirky, although very low due to being in the loft. Whirlpool bath was a nice feature. Breakfast was superb and owners /staff are great. Recommended.
