We had a wonderful stay at Rickerby Grange Bed & Breakfast. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The Full English breakfast was cooked perfectly and was a great way to start the day.
The location is ideal for exploring the Lake District, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.

This place is a little gem , I will definitely be staying back here ! Seamless check in no fuss .. the lovely lady at breakfast serving me was very friendly and helpful. She even gave me directions for my days hike that you can actually walk from the hotel , too and back ! Local is perfect .. nice and quiet stop
We arrived, wet, cold and hungry, and left the next day, warm, dry and replete.
Loved the larger room with the sofa, and the secure bike storage was just what we needed.
Breakfast was spot on too. Served at the perfect speed, and with easily enough calories and variety for two hungry cyclists.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.

Stayed for one night before hiking on Cat Bells on a snowy, cold day. Ideal location in Portinscale. Clean comfy rooms, nice breakfast, good value.
