I just stayed overnight here. The location was really good, easy access for shopping. I booked studio type room from Expedia app, the room was really different from the picture and description, with no cookware and utensils, the room smells bit musty. The online admin is very slow response when I tried to contact and ask about carpark, they just replied the message after I checked in. The receptionist was not really nice and curt, specifically the bald guy and his partner on that shift. And I asked for emailed my bills before I checked out around 9 am, but I still don’t get it until now 2pm
Excellent location. Bus at the door. Our 1 bedroom apartment was big and it was great to eat some meals in after a day out sightseeing. Not soundproof but mostly quiet when we were there for 3 days. We would stay here again.
Super easy to get to when driving from the motorway. Check in was efficient and professional. Unfortunately they did not have enough twin bedded rooms so one of our party had to sleep on a rollaway bed. Just something to bear in mind when booking! Otherwise happy with clean well equipped facilities.
It has been a good stay at this hotel for 5 of us. Two separate bedrooms and two showers. All rooms are very tidy and comfortable. It was a bit tricky for us to park as the hotel has a different parking entry so we rang to reception and they guide us through.
The parking extra pay but very convenient so we had all our transpor and belongings nearby.

Arrived in Welly in the dark and was pleasantly surprised with the Adina!
After figuring out how to get in as uber dropped me at Lambton Quay. Doors were shut and had to ring buzzer, doors opened remotely and reception was on the 6th floor.
There was a street access on the 6th floor from another street?
My room was on the first floor and needed a card to use lift which is always good security.
My room was huge ! Full kitchen and laundry in the room plus a separate bedroom loads of space! Decor was a tad dated but absolutely fine.
Location was good right in the middle of town with loads of cafes nearby.
A few restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket.
I would definitely stay here again as loved the space in the room and location.
