Extremely disappointed, couldn't see white houe because of all the barricades, couldn't see the reflecting pool because it was barricaded and empty. Audio not informative or helpful, and gps not accurate, feel like it was a waste of time and money! Was looking forward to seeing all the sights after hearing about them our whole lives, but not even possible

Albert Gallatin is a bronze statue by James Earle Fraser. It commemorates Albert Gallatin, who founded New York University and served as United States Secretary of the Treasury.
Your first stop will be none other than the White House known around the world. Here, you'll not only get a good look at this incredible landmark, but also some little-known history about its construction
The Eisenhower Executive Office Building —formerly known as the Old Executive Office Building and even earlier as the State, War, and Navy Building—is a U.S. government building situated just west of the White House in the U.S. capital of Washington, D.C.
Continuing along your path, you'll pass through the lovely Constitution Gardens, one of D.C.'s many beautiful green spaces
You'll pass the intricate and expansive World War II Memorial next, where you have the chance to pay your respects to the Americans who gave their lives in the fight against fascism and search for the two hidden "Kilroy was here" engravings
Next you'll arrive at the National Mall a picturesque stretch of greenway which is also home to many of Washington's most iconic sights
Up next is the iconic Lincoln Memorial, where you'll find an enormous statue of Lincoln overlooking his pavilion in front of a powerful inscription
After that, you'll come to the Korean War Veterans Memorial, honoring those who fought and died during the Korean War. This unusual memorial blends thousands of photographs with surprising architecture, and you'll learn about all the symbolism behind it
Want to see the place where, as the saying goes, "the sausage gets made"? That's up next, at the House of Representatives, where congress meets to create and debate legislation
You'll then approach the Washington Monument, that iconic white obelisk reaching skyward. Did you know this was once the world's tallest structure? It was actually dethroned by none other than the Eiffel Tower!
Then, stroll through the Sculpture Garden, a cozy little park full of strange, captivating works of art
Finally, you'll arrive at the Supreme Court of the United States, where the ultimate authorities on Constitutional Law bring down their gavels. The tour concludes here
Next is the United States Capitol Building, that iconic domed structure you've seen on TV. Get an in-person look at this landmark and hear about how this branch of the government came into being

Excellent way to see the main sites in DC, with history along they way, when only a short stay.
Lots of walking, could not follow the route because of construction around the White House. Narrative points out many buildings, only a few monuments, wish there was more narrative with information.
This was a great way to see the major sites like the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the White House without paying for a private guide. The storytelling was high-quality and gave a lot of history I wouldn’t have known just walking by. It is a lot of walking (over 2 miles), so wear comfortable shoes. The instructions to download were clear, and it worked offline which was a lifesaver since cell service can be spotty near the National Mall.
Very enjoyable walking tour that was very comprehensive of the sites in the area. Instructions were easy to follow. Many sites were closed with the government shutdown, but we still got the information about them as we walked by. We spent about 3.5 hours with a bit of time to stop at the various memorials. Could take all day if you spend more time at the sites.
Forget crowded bus tours—this self-guided audio tour was the highlight of our DC trip. It let us explore at our own pace, whether pausing at the Lincoln Memorial or spending more time at the WWII Memorial. The GPS-triggered audio was accurate, offering detailed, well-researched stories that brought the monuments to life. Covering everything from the White House to the Capitol, it provided context beyond simple plaques. For independent travellers, this is a must-have for your visit!
We had a great time strolling the tidal basin and the National Mall. I enjoyed the information about the monuments. The route was easy to follow.
Relaxed and informative. A nice way to spend a solo few hours. Takes in pretty much all the main sites. I walked at 7am due to jet lag and missed all the crowds
It was convenient for a quick visit. I found getting the information downloaded a bit confusing. The QR codes do absolutely nothing. Instead you have to wade through the onslaught of emails to find a password. Why not have the QR code just take you directly to the tour?
Wonderful information! I'm a little directionally challenged, and it took me a while to realize I had to keep going back to the map to know how to proceed in the transition from one audio file to the next. It rained heavily the day we went, so We were only able to get to stop 22, but was really impressed with this.
We honestly did not get a chance to explore much on our own (we booked too many tours), but the bit we did listen to was great. I probably would have preferred doing the self guided.
Lobed exploring Washington. The self guide audio tour was a great addition. Wish we had more time to do more but we still enjoyed the stops.
Self guided audio tour was great. Wish we had more time to do all the things. Highly recommend for those wanting to go at their own pace
Tour guide has a Good overall in-depth understanding of all the memorials. Van was comfortable and clean.
Informative tour, easy to use self paced tour. The map was helpful to follow the tour path. Enjoyed the narration kicking in automatically at each point of interest.
Enjoyed the audio tour and allowed us to go at our own pace. Wish Vietnam memorial was a primary stop on the tour. Don’t think it should be excluded from the main walk. Pretty important monument
This is great if you’re doing solo traveling and just wanna spend a day walking around the city. I loved the experience and I’d highly recommend.
I really like the concept of the tour. They give you a prepared trip and give you some information about what you see. You can walk as fast as you want, take pictures as long as you want and take another route if you want. I really like that and recommend it for everyone, especially since the highlights can all be easily reached by foot and it is doable in one day. For me it could have more information but I will definitely do more of those tours.
