Small Guided Tour Inside The Capitol And Library Of Congress

Great overview of the capitol, Library of Congress, and Supreme Court. Glad we decided to do the tour with such a knowledgeable guide.

Smaller group than what you will experience in each facility and more detailed history compared to the official capitol tour guide.

Our tour was well worth the money. Our guide, Isaiah, was very knowledgeable of the information shared with us on the tour. We had a bonus tour of the Supreme Court since they weren’t in session. I would definitely recommend this tour.

You see a lot, but there are many things explained that you would not know of otherwise. Guides are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Joe was excellent!

Our guide Joe was great and extremely knowledgeable. He moved us along at a great pace and the flow through the different buildings was smooth. He was able to tailor the discussions around where everyone was from and show us our state specific monuments.

The only real guide was the Capital guide. Fabio was nice but did not add a lot of value. Even though we were with a tour we waited in line like everyone else, which is not what i expected.

It was a small group, so we could hear Fabio and we could keep up with him. He was very informative and gave us time to browse among the displays. I would have missed a lot if I had gone by mysrlf.

Three plus hours of interesting history led by our knowledgeable and engaging guide, Fabio. The conversation and banter beyond the tour script was a welcome addition. If you could only do one tour in Washington, DC, this would be the one to choose.

Joe was great. Made the tour fun and was very knowledgeable. We had one family member that was having a walking issues and Joe was able to get us elevator passes.

Fabio, the guide was very good. This is not a priority experience. You have to wait online with everybody else who do not have tickets. It was extremely crowded the day we did the tour and it took four hours instead of two hours. It is worth it to walk through the tunnel to the Library of Congress and to see the Library of Congress.

Terrible experience. Granted it was July 3rd and DC was very busy and extremely hot. BUT this was not as advertised. The only real guide was the Capital guide. Fabio was nice but gave very little information. Still had to wait over an hour for security. Could have planned it on our own with better results. And was not a small group. Had over 20 peopleAlways have had great experiences using Viatar. This was surprising.

Our guide had a thick accent and spoke very softly into the microphone so it was difficult to hear and understand him at times.

Great tour for those interested in the history and symbolism of the Capitol and Library of Congress. Our guide, Joe, was fantastic! Even during the Capitol tour led by their employee, he asked questions to give us a little more info than the usual tour. I highly recommend!

Our guide, Jobalt, who goes by Joe, was very good. He was knowledgeable about both the Capitol and the Library of Congress, and personable, in that he made an effort to connect with each member of our small group of five people. His instructions for how to comply with the entry procedures to each area were clear and well communicated. Joe mentioned that he has been guiding tours for only a couple of months, but he performed very well.

Joe’s pacing was great, he speaks clearly and articulately. He built in time for restrooms and gift shops, which many tour operators neglect to do, in my experience. He interspersed the tour with cool fun facts. For the portion of the tour led by a Capitol tour guide, Joe asked questions on our behalf. His jokes were funny and interesting. He took the time to meet each of the participants and remembered details that became relevant as the tour progressed. His communication in advance of, and the morning of, the tour was great. He reminded folks by email of restrictions and reached out as the tour time approached to coordinate our meetup. He was very personable and easy to speak with.
