We have booked two separate tours through Concierge Tours and tourguide Alan Feldman. We absolutely LOVE Alan and highly recommend him to anyone looking to tour Washington DC in a small, intimate and private group. He lets you determine the itinerary so you get to see what you want to see, experience what you want. He provides transportation to and from your hotel in a clean, safe, roomy, comfy car and is a great driver. He knows pretty much everything about any attraction you want to do. He obviously loves American History and is very knowledgable. He tells great stories and gives you fun facts and trivia you might not hear anywhere else. In fact, several of the employees at many of the attractions know Alan by name and obviously respect him as a tourguide. You really get all the ins and outs of an attraction. He also can pivot and change things up for example with weather or traffic changes, really catering to your wishes and needs. He wants you to have a great experience, he wants you to ask questions and he wants to get to know you. He provides water, umbrellas for the sun or rain and gives great thought to make sure you are able to get something to eat during your tour, restroom breaks and rest. He is very considerate of guests with physical disabilities and ensures guest safety. We also learned that he us an excellent photographer, knows just the right spot and angle to grab photos of you with his camera and then gives them to you via text, so you know you can capture all the great moments without having to do selfies. Alan has become like family to us and when we visit DC again, we will definitely chose Alan again. In fact, we are going to invite him up to our state of Maine and give him a tour! Thank you Alan!!!!

Our goal was to travel via Amtrak from New York City to Washington DC and back to New York City in a day. Alan (our tour guide) was very accommodating in pre-planning a list of our DC favorites that would all fit in our 7-8 hr. day. Alan was a wealth of knowledge and filled our day with fun facts and trivia as we moved through our itinerary. It was a busy day, but we enjoyed our tour and didn't miss anything on our list. We highly recommend this tour!
Fun and Information filled private tour of the U.S. Capitol building and a trip out to Mt. Vernon. Alan was an excellent guide who provided lots of history and background for places we toured and the people who made those places historic. Particularly fun was his frequent identification of “Easter eggs” embedded at locations or in artworks.
Booked a half day tour with Alan through an award I received from my employer. Our tour began with some historical facts, a couple of jokes, some quiz questions and drove around Washington D.C. Stopped and took photos at the Capital building, Supreme Court building and the White House. Then headed to the monuments: Washington, WWII, Vietnam War and Lincoln monuments. Took a break at the cafe while Alan ran back to get the car so we wouldn't have to walk, which was much appreciated considering it was 90 degrees and my father was in a scooter. Finally off to Arlington Cemetery to see see famous graves, pay our respects to the fallen soldiers and witness the changing of the guards which was a once in a lifetime opportunity to witness in person. Alan was great, very knowledgeable of history not only of Washington D.C. but American History in general. He was funny and a pleasure to be around....would highly recommend him and book another tour in the future. My father said it was the best tour he has ever had!!!!
Alan was an exceptional tour guide, not only did his knowledge about the history of everything we saw overwhelm us but the humor he brought with it made our day! He shared data we would have never known or heard about! Phenomenal day with him!!!
It was an amazing in depth tour of Arlington National Cemetery and Mount Vernon by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide
The tour was great! Alan was incredibly knowledgeable. He told us the history of each place we visited and shared constantly as we toured. There were so many hidden gems that we didn’t know about before, even though we visited DC before. We love history and asked for our tour to focus on that and Alan sure did, going way above and beyond. He even took us into congress in session so that we could see the process and talked about the history of that. This was the best tour we have been on!
Alan is extremely knowledgeable about history and encourages questions. He turns what could be boring history into really interesting stories. This was particularly good for our group, which included two teenage kids. He was great about engaging them throughout the tour. We also loved that we could fully customize the tour to our particular interests. This is in no way Alan's fault, but it was in the 90's the day of our tour, so we were all wilting by the end of our four hours together. Having resided in DC myself, I know that DC is an impossible town to park in. You definitely will have to do some walking in between monuments but Alan does a good job of strategically parking so you're closet to the car on the way back, when you're wiped out. We would highly recommend Alan. He is knowledgeable, entertaining and thorough!
Alan was a complete delight! This was our second tour with him, and we all had so much fun. Our group of 6 had grandparents, tweens, and middle aged-millennials, and everyone was fully entertained the whole day. We asked for something off the beaten path and he totally delivered. Alan orchestrated every detail from pick up to drop off. You don’t have to worry about a single thing! He arranged every bit of our day from our itinerary to tickets to what to eat, and he knew so many stories about the places we visited!! He even carries water bottles around for you! Full service! Booking with Alan is a no-brainer. Can’t wait for our next tour with him!
Touring with Alan was the best decision we made! It took our short trip to DC from overwhelming to outstanding! Alan made it super easy to organize key stops and encouraged my son (9 / first time to DC) to share his thoughts and questions at every stop. From ease of travel around DC, Arlington, and the Air and Space Hanger in Chantilly, Alan made 2 long days unbelievably fun, inspiring and educational. From his knowledge, stories, and jokes, we laughed our way through miles of monuments and memories! Truly a worthwhile experience to add to your first or 10th time visiting DC.
Family of 4, including one 8yo and one 11yo. First-time tour-takers of Washington, D.C. There are many options available but if remotely in your budget, I would highly advise securing a tour with Concierge/Alan to make it easier on yourself to navigate the requisite logistics of your visits, get the most of your time, and learn about whatever interests you most during your visit. It's worth it. Our kids said it was the best part of their Washington, D.C. stay, and were able to remain reasonably engaged and entertained throughout the full-day tour. They especially enjoyed the trivia questions. Recommended for families.
We booked a full day tour with Alan and enjoyed every minute of it. Alan contacted us immediately after booking to plan our customized tour itinerary which, for us, included the National Mall National Archives and Arlington National Cemetery. He also secured passes to the newly opened undercroft at the Lincoln Memorial. Alan is a wealth of knowledge and pointed out so many of what he calls “Easter Eggs” or special bits of information. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Alan and will definitely book him again on our next trip. Highly Recommend!
Another great booking with Alan! On this trip he took a friend and I out to Mount Vernon. We had a wonderful morning at Washington’s estate. Alan is so knowledgeable and accommodating. The convenience and special attention to detail made the experience top notch! Thank you Alan and see you again next year. Beth & Sandra
Excellent day with Alan! He worked with me on an itinerary a couple of months before our trip and at the last minute Alan adjusted our day as I requested. Alan related to our family of 3 with huge age differences. A 14 yr old and 2 grandparents! He is full of knowledge and interesting trivia. Alan is attentive to the needs of the group for all ages. He is entertaining as well. Kept everyone on their toes. We hope to see Alan again on a future trip.
We did a tour with Alan on July 3rd 2026 in the middle of a 100 degree plus heatwave and had the BEST time. Communication from Alan began months prior to the actual tour as he built us a tour based on what we wanted to see, visit and do. Excellent communication from the start. He picked us up at our hotel at the specific time we agreed upon. He drove us in his persobal vehicle, a clean, comfy, roomy air conditioned car. We visted Arlington Cemetery where he took us to specific graves we wanted to visit as well as other intetests there. We spent the other half of the day at Mount Vernon, whete he was obviously well known to the staff there. He knew that property like the back of his hand and pointed out things to us nobody employed there did. We had lubch at Mt Vernin as well. He had a backpack cooler filled with ice chilled bottles if water that he offeted through the course of the day and provided heat shielding umbrellas as well. Even when just driving to the destinations, he pointed out places of interest, told us stories, gave us facts and trivia. At the end of the tour, we feel like we have gained a friend and from here on out, any trip we make to DC, he will be our guide. He was funny, smart, helpful, passionate, patient and knowledgable. His love and knowledge of American History was evident and customer service exceptional. This tour, although expensive, was worth every penny and we got exactly what we paid for......his undivided attentiion .He truly customizes the trip to what you want to do and see. Thank you Alan!
This weekend was part of the 250th madness going on. We pivoted to visiting Arlington Cemetery in the am and it was impressive. Alan is incredibly knowledgeable and history is his passion. From there we went to the Smithsonian Air and Space Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center (on my bucket list) and went through every plane and space craft there. Highly recommend.
Our Indiana family had an outstanding 5-star experience touring Washington, DC with Alan. From the moment we met him, his passion for DC history and deep knowledge of the city made the tour both educational and engaging. Alan drove us around town, taking us to iconic landmarks including the Capitol Building, the National Mall, and Arlington National Cemetery. He shared fascinating stories and historical insights that brought each location to life. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the day enjoyable for everyone. This was truly an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Alan to anyone visiting Washington, DC.
Alan was very friendly and knowledgeable! He made the tour fun for my kids (9yo and 12yo) and kept me from having to explain everything. Would highly recommend him to anyone with a family!
Alan is a fabulous tour guide with a huge knowledge of Washington history. We were a family of nine. Grandparents, parents, four young men and me, auntie. This review was written by the parents. “We booked two full day tours with Alan and had a great time. Our group ranged in age from 10 to 70 and everyone was engaged and entertained. Alan is very knowledgeable and his love of history shines through in all his conversations. He was able to point out interesting facts and keep us on our toes watching for Easter eggs along the way. He even had a knack for asking the Park guides leading questions when they skipped over an important detail. He was able to accommodate the various needs of our party while still keeping the tour on schedule. I warmly recommend him to you and trust that you will be more than pleased that you booked a tour with him.
Tour guide was knowledgeable, not sure it was worth the cost. I would recommend a cheaper tour and seeing the city and sights then going where you want. We parked father away, would have been better getting dropped off and not wasting so much time walking to and from the car. Nice gentleman but I probably would not book or recommend.
Our experience with Alan was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. What impressed us immediately was that he contacted us before our trip to introduce himself and take the time to learn about our interests, preferences, and the places we most wanted to visit. That personal touch made us feel valued and ensured our tour was tailored specifically to us. Alan’s knowledge of history is truly remarkable. He doesn’t just share facts—he brings history to life in a way that is both fascinating and memorable. His storytelling made every site we visited more meaningful, and he has a wonderful talent for making complex historical information engaging and easy to remember. Beyond his expertise, Alan has a great sense of humor and kept us laughing throughout the trip. He was always attentive to our needs, flexible when necessary, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best possible experience. One of the highlights of our trip was a fantastic Italian restaurant that Alan recommended. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff treated us so warmly that it became one of our favorite dining experiences of the entire trip. We could not be happier with the service Alan provided. His professionalism, knowledge, personality, and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable. We will absolutely seek him out again when we return, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional private guide. Thank you, Alan, for helping create such wonderful memories!

After returning from our week in Washington DC, I asked my family (daughter, son-in-law, and college junior granddaughter) "What was the best part of our trip?" The response was "Our day with Alan!" On May 18th, Alan picked us up for the start of an awesome experience. Alan, a self -described history nut, kept us informed and entertained with his knowledge of history of DC and the places we visited. He was engaging and stimulated us with mini quizzes and tidbits. He brought us to places we would not have found on our own. He accommodated our needs as we went through the day which had record heat and humidity (Tucson was actually cooler!) Our day ended with an evening walk on the Mall to see the Lincoln Memorial, the Wall and the Nurse's Memorial in the twilight. What an experience! Thank you Alan! Tillema/Ver Burg Family, Tucson, AZ
We could not have had a better experience! Our guide Alan went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family. I loved that he contacted us prior to our trip to get to know us and our needs...and boy do we have needs! I brought my parents to DC so that my father could visit the Vietnam Wall to say goodbye to those he lost. Both of my parents have very limited mobility, and to say that getting them to and from where we were going was difficult would be an understatement. Alan was patient, accommodating, and understanding. He is also VERY knowledgeable about the area and historically accurate. I will be forever grateful to Alan for giving my dad such a great experience. If you are planning to visit DC, you will not be disappointed booking a tour with Alan ~Kelly Biondo Casco, Michigan

We had an outstanding experience with Alan as our personal tour guide in Washington, DC. From the very beginning, he customized the tour around what we wanted to see, which made the entire day feel personal and thoughtfully planned. Alan is incredibly knowledgeable, sharing not just the key historical facts but also fun trivia and interesting stories that made each stop engaging and memorable. His passion for what he does really comes through, and it adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. What truly stood out was how accommodating he was, especially with my parents. He adjusted the pace of the tour to ensure they were comfortable and offered multiple opportunities to stop and rest without ever making us feel rushed. That level of attentiveness made a big difference. If you’re looking for a guide who is flexible, informative, and genuinely invested in making sure you have a great time, Alan is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!
Our group was a tour guide’s nightmare on paper: teenagers, young kids, seniors, and every attention span and interest level in between. Alan turned it into something genuinely remarkable. What set him apart wasn’t just his depth of knowledge — though that was extraordinary, the kind that answers the follow-up question before you’ve thought to ask it — it was how fluidly he calibrated to each person in the group. He’d be mid-sentence explaining the political calculus behind a monument’s placement and somehow pivot to make a seven-year-old feel like the most important person on the Mall. The seniors were engaged, the teens weren’t on their phones, and the kids were asking questions. If you’ve ever traveled with a mixed-age group, you know how rare that is. He clearly loves this material. Washington’s monuments are easy to flatten into a parade of dates and dedications, but Alan gave everything a narrative arc — the tensions, the compromises, the personalities behind the stone. You left feeling like you’d actually been introduced to the city rather than just walked through it. And several of us were dc natives who thought we’d heard it all. Alan handled our chaos with warmth, patience, and zero condescension in any direction. He made everyone feel like the tour was designed specifically for them. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
We recently visited Washington DC and went on a one day private tour with Alan. He was incredibly attentive and amazed us with his knowledge of the history of America. Alan went over the itinerary with us before our trip and he covered everything we asked to see and more. It was an absolutely incredible experience. We highly recommend a tour with Alan.
Alan knows so much about Washington DC and the history of the US. He is truly an incredible guide and we had such a great tour with him. Our kids, 14 and 10, were engaged and have been retelling historical facts and highlights. Alan was very flexible and helped us plan what would be best for our family for the day, and he went above and beyond in every way. Such a great experience overall!
Wonderful day of touring with the most knowledgeable guide in DC! We planned a full day (9 hr) custom itinerary and saw everything we requested. Thank you to Alan for making our day so special!
Alan was honestly the best guide we have ever had. His knowledge of history was remarkable. We had two boys 11 and 7. He taught them information in ways that they will remember forever! The day we had with him, was the best day in DC!
We booked the Private & Custom Guided City Tour of Washington DC and it was easily one of the best decisions of our entire trip. We customized our itinerary to focus on Arlington National Cemetery and Mount Vernon, and the experience exceeded expectations in every way. Alan, was outstanding. He reached out in advance to discuss options and help shape the day, which made everything feel tailored and thoughtful from the start. He picked us up directly at our Airbnb and dropped us off there at the end, making the entire day completely seamless. What really set Alan apart was how personable and engaging he was. It never felt like a typical tour. It felt like exploring the city with someone who genuinely cared about us having a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, full of interesting details and trivia, and brought real depth and context to everything we saw. At the same time, he was warm, easy to talk to, and quickly felt like part of our family group - including the pyramid scheme quips and 6-million dollar man mix ups! He also shared great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. If you are considering a private tour in the DC area, this is absolutely worth it. Alan made an already great experience truly memorable.
We have toured with Alan in prior years and always love to come back. He is the most authentic and knowledgeable guide we have had in any city we have toured. When we bring our kids, they are so engaged and learn so much in a fun way. There is nobody I have met with more knowledge of DC. We can’t wait to come back and go for more days. Maybe NYC soon as well. The kids haven’t forgotten him for sure. Don’t hesitate book now.
Alan is fantastic! He was incredibly kind, very generous with his time, and had all the logistics wired tight. Great communication and recommendations beforehand. And he knew all the great history at every stop we made and all the places in between too. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
My family had a brilliant time with Alan, taking us around DC for four days. He was professional, kind, supremely well informed, patient and funny. I could not recommend Alan more highly. 10/10
Our experience began before we even arrived in the city. Alan contacted us right away after booking and went over all of the possibilities that our tour could offer so that we were sure to see everything we wanted. Alan was the best guide. He is kind, personable and funny. We would definitely book Alan for any future Washington DC tour or in any other city he offers tours!
Alan is a doll. He gave us a plethora of information we would not otherwise get. He was very attentive. I tripped and hurt myself and he was beyond accommodating. He was prompt when he picked us up, and was careful to drop us off away from traffic to meals and our hotel. Well worth the price. We will definitely call Concierge Tours DC back when we come back.
Book this DC tour without hesitation! Alan gave our family an amazing and educational experience that we will treasure forever! From the moment we booked, Alan was planning and tailoring our tour based on our personal requests and needs. He called and even offered some input on our stay in colonial Williamsburg prior to the DC leg of our trip. He went above and beyond and his knowledge of the area and its history was impressive! We chose to spend the whole day with Alan and he guided us through the U.S. Capitol, Ford’s Theatre, and the National Archives Museum. The destinations were fantastic, but we got extra tidbits and insights that we would have never had without a knowledgeable guide. Our favorite part was when Alan asked his friend at Ford’s Theatre to open the door (which was closed to the public) to get an inside look at the box seats that Lincoln and his wife were sitting in when he was shot! Alan’s tour was memorable for our family of 6 and we were treated to cold water and a large air-conditioned van for our family of 6. We will definitely call him again for future trips to our nation’s capitol.
Sometimes in life our faith in others is rewarded handsomely and the two days that my family and I spent with Alan of Concierge Tours in Washington DC during a mega heat wave are evidence of that. Forget the fact that Alan knows a ton about DC itself, from the history to the restaurants to navigating its streets. Forget that he has a charming demeanor and a NY accent. Forget that he brings plenty of cold water and a sun shade umbrella to walk on what felt like the surface of the sun. Forget that he communicates extremely well, arrives on time, goes the extra mile, and tailors your vacation to what YOU want to see. Forget all of those things, even though they are critical parts of a vacation. The amazing value in investing in Alan and Concierge Tours is in the total package. It’s in getting the absolute best of your time, seeing the important things, finding the Easter eggs, having someone to take great photos of your vacation for you, all while saving you time not spent in lines everywhere. After a lot of research we landed on Alan and Concierge Tours and could not have been happier. I absolutely recommend seeing DC with Alan, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars from our family.
This was an awesome experience. We would highly recommend this tour. We can’t say enough good things about our tour guide Alan. He was so courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He had so many interesting bits of historical information. In addition to the tour, Alan even took us to see the grave of our relative who was buried in Arlington National Cemetery. Don’t hesitate to book this tour. We had an amazing time. Thank you again.
We had a wonderful day site seeing around Washington DC with Allen! He did an amazing job keeping all of us, adults and kids, engaged with fun questions and interesting facts about DC. He is extremely knowledgeable and loves what he does. Our two families learned a lot and enjoyed our day. We were so glad Allen was driving around DC traffic and not us, lol. We wish we could have spent more time in DC!
Our family took a tour of a life time. Alan, our guide, gave us a personalized, extremely detailed historical tour with an unexpected seating in the House of Representatives. What a treat! Our nighttime visit of the Monuments was also a fantastic opportunity. I personally would like to add that Alan was very patient with me, Dad, with my ankle disability. Alan was very understanding and accommodating with my slow pace. Alan has a wonderful sense of humor and was a great history teacher for my teen daughter. Would book again!
The BEST tour guide ever for touring DC! Alan is very knowledgeable about history, as well as an engaging amazing story teller. He truly really brings history to life. You learn details you would not hear about from other tour guides, giving one a greater appreciation of our nation's capitol. He doesn't rush to stick to a schedule. He takes as long as is needed. And he takes great photos to commemorate your visit. We hired Alan for 2 half days. The first day, Alan took us to Ford's Theatre, guided us through the Lincoln Assassination and Conspiracy Tour and visited the bed Lincoln died in. Of all the sites we saw in our 5 days with and without Alan, Ford's Theatre was everyone's favorite, in large part, due to Alan as our guide. Afterwards, he took us to the National Archives to see our founding documents and the Magna Carter. Then we headed over to the National Mall to see iconic monuments. The other half day, Alan took us to Mt. Vernon. My husband (who, initially wasn't that excited about going to Mt Vernon) commented to me, later, that he actually enjoyed it much better than he thought he would, thanks to Alan. I would highly, highly recommend Concierge Tours for your visit to Washington, DC. I hope to return again someday to DC to visit all the places I didn't get to and will certainly hire Alan at Concierge Tours again.
I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent tour through Washington DC with Alan was wonderful and warrants recognition for a job well-done. I booked our tour with Alan on Viator. This was a full day guided tour of Washington DC. for myself, my daughter and my two granddaughters (ages 14 and 15). Shortly after booking, I received a confirmation phone call from Alan. After our brief conversation about what highlights we should see in our nation’s capital, I was more than thrilled that he had accepted our booking. The first time we spoke, I realized that we were going to have an incredible learning experience with a deeply knowledgeable guide. Alan made our day fun and exciting while learning something at every stop. There were so many stories and fun facts that it became easy for the girls to take part in the conversation. Both girls are homeschooled had completed study projects leading up to this trip. So, they were knowledgeable of the sites they were going to see. However, Alan added so much depth to what they had already learned that I am sure the added knowledge from this tour will become imprinted on their young minds for years to come. Now that they are back home, we find that the girls genuinely enjoyed learning added information and are actively sharing their new knowledge with others. It is noticeably clear that Alan has made an impressive impact on their education. The rating system only allows me to award Alan with 5 stars; I would give 10 stars if I could.
Alan is prompt, courteous & very knowledgeable. There's simply no way to see everything we did in a day on your own in DC. We also learned so much new information about the history of DC. A great experience that is worth the time and investment. Thank you Alan! From the 87, to the big red one, to the meaning of money on headstones, we truly valued our time with you! God speed!
This was the absolute gem of our Washington DC trip. While I had been to DC a few times, my fiancé had not. We decided a private full day tour would be a great way to get the most out of the trip. We got way more than we could have imagined. Alan, our guide, was so engaging and did a great job working with us. From pre-visit communications and planning our guide he was top-notch! Even for someone who thinks she knows it all (that’s me!) I learned so much. We were reciting factoids all weekend. It was fun, entertaining, educational, enlightening, and our guide made us feel like friends quickly. Even if you have been to DC and think you’ve seen it all, you haven’t, and Alan will share things that only someone with as much enthusiasm and passion as he has could. We did this tour on our first day in town and spent the next two days looking at things around DC and saying, “I bet Alan knows why this is…”. If you are considering a tour I doubt you’d find a more enjoyable guide or memorable experience than this. In one day here are some of the highlights: We visited/toured The Capitol (if you have a chance to eat here, don’t miss the salad bar, dessert station, and burgers, we almost went back for lunch another day it was so good) walked the mall and visited the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, WWII Memorial, Vietnam Memorial Wall, White House South Lawn Ellipse, and Arlington (we watched a wreath laying ceremony at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and changing of the guard, and visited the Kennedy graves). Alan provided us a list of dining recommendations for the remainder of the trip, and we were lucky enough to snag some reservations and he was spot on. Keep in mind, this experience was customized per our pre travel communication so you might have other interests that cater more towards your wishlist. We would 10/10 recommend and will do this again ourselves.
Our family of 4 had a great day with Alan touring Washington DC. He picked us up at our hotel right on time and immediately connected with our family and engaged our kids (11 & 14) with interesting facts and stories. We did a full day tour and visited The Capitol, did a monument tour and toured Arlington Cemetery. Alan knows his stuff and is very well connected. He made our day extra special with access into a session of the House of Reps, front of the line privilege at the Capitol cafeteria and timed the changing of the guard at Arlington perfectly. Walking the monuments was so much more interesting with him sharing hidden and less known facts as well as historical stories to make it more fun. He’s smart, kind and funny and a pleasure to spend the day with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get more out of a visit to Washington DC!
Alan Feldman was an excellent guide. knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We covered a lot of ground during our tour. Lots of walking but still a great experience.
Alan has set the bar high for a private tour guide!! He was very professional yet so comfortable to be around. He took my elderly parents, my sister and I on a tour of the Capital building and the Mall Monuments area. We seen everything that was on our list and learned so much history and some hidden gems along the way. He kept us engaged all day - the time flew by! He recommended a dinner location that night and the best transportation to use the next day. Genuinely a great guy! Would definitely book a tour with Alan again when I am in DC.
Great 2 day private tour of DC with Alan. Top notch in every way. Alan is great. He's very personable, entertaining, knowledgeable, full of fun facts. He was also able to keep the teenagers engaged, especially my 13 yo who's not very interested in history. Really fun and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
