Jim was a great tour guide. His jokes and stories were very entertaining. Really appreciated the heads up on what to watch out for when the tour started. And so glad we went on Halloween. The neighborhoods decorations and people in costumes, really added to the experience.

Our guide Kevin gave a fabulous ghost tour on Halloween night! A good combination of Georgetown history with ghost stories mixed in. The tour was well paced and well priced given that it runs an hour and a half. Kevin in particular was a great story teller and very funny! Would highly recommend the tour (and Kevin)!

Interesting and informative tour. Our guide was Scott. He was great. We walked through residential neighborhoods that were unfamiliar. Lots of interesting stories throughout.

What a great evening for a stroll through historic Georgetown and a ghost tour! Scott was a great narrator! It was hard to hear him at times due to air traffic overhead and he did his best to pause. Scott was also a wonderful tourism ambassador for the community and made a point to know where we were from and engage us in the stories. Thanks Scott for being a great first point of contact in Georgetown! We are looking forward to exploring more of the area.

The host was really fun! She's a great story teller! We had a cat follow us from house to house which was probably the spookiest part of this tour.

Great mixture of the history of Georgetown and ghosts. There is a lot of uphill walking and some uneven sidewalks so be careful in the dark. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

Kevin was fantastic! He was our tour guide for the History of Alexandria tour and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to take the Georgetown Ghost Tour with him as well. He’s incredibly easy to listen to and his storytelling is both interesting and entertaining! We can’t wait to come back to DC and take another tour with DC by Foot!

We had a great time on the tour with Kevin. Fun history and ghost stories. I was happy that we were able to hear him clearly even with the rain. No, the tour doesn’t skip a beat in the rain! Would recommend.

Jim was great! Lots of fun. Jim helped us navigate the terrain which was uneven at times. Pace was easy to handle with various ages.

Kevin was our tour guide and he was extremely knowledgeable and a great storyteller! Even though the rain got us a little wet, we didn’t mind too much because the stories and what we learned kept our minds focused!

Kevin had a way of making these stories come to life; regardless if you believed them or not. I was a believer. His full understanding of the history of Georgetown really added to this experience. Unfortunately, no ghosts were sighted but that might have to be something I go searching for on my own

A fun story telling informative tour through beautiful Georgetown.

I highly recommend the DC by Foot Georgetown Ghost Tour. If possible, ask for Wayne, he’s one of the best tour guides I’ve seen! Wayne was very knowledgeable, used a tablet to show us pics that helped us better understand and envision the history of the area. Wayne is also a believer in ghosts and spirits which added additional dimension to the stories he told!

Great tour, loads of detail and great personality with quizzes along the way to keep it light and family friendly.

Not much in the way of a “ghost tour”. Some interesting stories but nothing spooky or real ghostly. Highlight was obviously the “Exorcist” stairway.

Walking ghost tour of Georgetown was nice. We may have seen a ghost in the window of the Old Stone House.

Scott was an excellent tour guide, his love of Georgetown and history was evident with the ease he was able to share so many details and facts at each stop along the way. He had a nice mix of history, hair raising tales, and a humor. It was a hit for my husband, 12 year old daughter and myself.
