We had a few issues with not getting the type of vehicle we signed up for & not getting any tour guide, when we had requested one through this company. However the party bus was clean & in good shape. The driver was very nice. They tried to accommodate us as best they could & they made it right in the end.

Our driver, Zack, was wonderful! He was patient and accommodating to our group that had a variety of needs (e.g. Parkinsons). The bus and tour were very comfortable and thorough. Wish there was also a tour guide as well to learn even more, but overall is was great!

We had a great experience and would highly recommend. We booked a four hour hop on, hop off excursion and opted to pay extra for a tour guide in addition to the driver. Our group was 18 family members in town for college graduation, ranging in age from 8 to 80. We had some ideas of the stops we wanted, and Teri our guide worked with us to incorporate them as well as other highlights she recommended. It worked perfectly. Family members could "choose their gear" with respect to walking, and the more ambitious were able to do several things in the same stop (eg Korean War memorial along with Lincoln Memorial and Vietnam). Thanks to Inam our driver and Teri our guide for a great experience!

Really enjoyed the tour. Finding parking is very hectic. This service made it easy for our family to just get in and out to visit the many monuments, take pictures without thinking of where to park. Our Driver was very friendly and was very knowledgeable with the DC area.

We had an afternoon flight on a Sunday and decided to get a tour of DC in the morning. It turned out to be a great way to see the major sights and monuments in a short period of time. Stopped at all the major landmarks on the Mall.

The driver took me to all of the monuments & memorials that I wanted to see. He helped me take pictures & videos. The driver made sure that I was safe getting in & out of the vehicle & he gave me information about the memorials & monuments. The mini bus was very comfortable also! I would recommend using this limosine service when touring Washington DC!

We had people from around the world for a company visit in DC. The tour was great. It was the right amount of walking and riding. We were picked up and dropped off from the location of our choice. We visited 5 monuments. We stood where MLK gave his "I Have a Dream" speech at the Lincoln Memorial during Black History Month!! It could not have been better.

We had a group of 24 colleagues. Magid, our driver, was fantastic - flexible and patient. We want to do it again next year!

Fabulous!!!! Service was wonderful. Pick up on time and driver , Ali, was most accommodating and friendly. Even though some of monuments were closed - we still managed to get up and close to those opened. It was a beautiful night.

The travel in the van/bus was great. However, the driver was silent the entire time. We pretty much told him where to go and he went. A speaker/microphone was there but not details about the monuments/sites were given.

Great way to see Washington with children. They were great helping us organization our day to see a great deal of our planed destinations. We could not have covered AS much teritoriy without their help. I highly recommend them and this method of travel. It is hastle free.

We waited 80 minutes for a new van to arrive after our bus broke down 2 blocks after departure. The new driver was very friendly and outgoing, but mistakenly identified several sites (as a local joining out of town colleagues on the tour I was able to correct). He also encouraged stops at some secondary sites we could have just driven by, and encouraged people to take extra time at other sites, so we ended up having to skip Jefferson and MLK memorials, which are two of the highlights, because it got so late (11:30 when we arrived back at the hotel). I did appreciate that this is one of the few options in that area that will do pick up and drop off at your hotel (that was the deciding factor for us to book this operator). I hope our original driver got paid for the hour and a half he spent with us.

We had Inaam for our driver. I am a teacher and was with 20 adults. As I served as our tour guide, I can only dial to the excellent driving service provided by Inaam. He was timely, courteous, thoughtful and accommodating.

We were a group of 20 traveling for work and touring the DC area. Our experience with the driver, Inaam , was incredible. He was always on time, very thoughtful, and kind. He made every accommodation and adjustment to meet our needs. There were some communication problems with the dispatcher that were unfortunate but the driver was excellent.
