This isn't about a good or bad review.... because of the protest, we were unable to do the tour. Our tour guide called me and let me know (which was very professional and great to do), he also stated he would make sure I got my refund. So, waiting for refund.

Guide was a no show. Called contact and no one answered or returned my call. I requested a refund ftom my credit card co
Our tour guide, Nur, was very knowledgeable and engaging. We had fun and learned so much. The African American museum was touching and at times overwhelming. We will be back.
This museum probably requires two trips. It is an extensive and complete historical trip through the beginning of the African Americans arriving in this country, through, the impact of African Americans on cultural aspects today. The museum is laid out well, and even when busy, it is possible to see all of the exhibits. Not to be missed.
A tour guide was great!! Very knowledgeable. He was funny. Took lots of photos for us. There was an issue when we got to the Museum but our guy quickly got it handled.
Great time. The tour guide was excellent .I had a very good time it was very educational.I would recommend anyone to attend.
Rachelle was a phenomenal tour guide. Personable, highly educated, engaging. We could not ask for more.
Nur was hands down one of the best guides I’ve ever been lucky enough to find. Super knowledgable!!!
Noir was super knowledgeable and the Museum was absolutely breathtaking. Learning about African American history is critical to preserving our culture.
Dr. KO ur a Gibson did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Her education level was Amazing
Dr. Koura Gibson was an excellent wealth of information. Our group was small, just 5 of us total and I loved every minute of it. I will be recommending this tour to everyone I know who wants to visit DC. The tour began in front of the White House and made a circle around it where she expounded on architectural details and history in DC. The tour ends in front of the museum but she provided us with great feedback on how to get the most out of the museum experience. Thanks Dr. Gibson!!!
The conversation regarding historical facts/features was very digestible. I was extremely excited that it was not just facts being regurgitated!
Highly informative, interesting, and entertaining. The best victor experience I have ever had. Our guide went way above my expectations.
Nuor was a terrific guide -very knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. He kept my 22 and 23 year old sons engaged and they said it was the best and they learned a lot. He offered personal experience and insight with the AA Museum highlights. Definitely recommend this and a great way to gain the hard to get tickets to the museum
Learned more about African-american history in an hour than all of high school. Our guide was knowledgable and down-to-earth at the same time. I enjoyed the time greatly and it also engaged my 11 year-old son.
The host presented a wealth of knowledge and history about our national’s capital when it comes to Africa Americas history. I will recommend this tour to anyone seeking the true history about how African Americans have contributed to building this nation
Dr. Cora was an amazing tour guide! I enjoyed every single second of the walking tour and in spite of the light rain, Dr. Cora remained positive, upbeat, and maintained that energy throughout the experience. Her knowledge of DC is exceptional and I really appreciate how she tied the outside world to some of the landmarks we routinely pass by in DC. The museum was (of course) nothing short of exceptional. It’s massive so don’t expect to make it through in 2 hours. It’s just not going to happen.
Nor was the perfect guide - knowledgeable and charming and willing to answer all of our questions. He had insights that were beyond most guides and we valued his comments. I would highly recommend the tour!
Highly recommend for those who would like to see all the highlights of DC in a day. Tour guide Dion was amazing. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of this nation. I will say you will walk a lot but you see so much so it’s worth it.
We met with our tour guide at Lafayette Park. My husband and I were the only people participating which made it a little more personal. Nur was very knowledgeable and told us about our surroundings as we walked. We went past the White House and proceeded to the African American Museum. Our walk took one hour and Nur left us with our admission tickets for the Museum. I felt the cost was very high for this, as it only lasted an hour and the tickets to the Museum were free. I would not recommend this tour.
My tour guide was everything. I appreciated the history and warm time in the snow. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Great tour. I definitely recommend. Jalisa (guide) was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Her passion, enthusiasm, and energy was of top excellence. Very enjoyable!
Knowledge of Nur (guide) and the African American museum experience. Have already recommended to friends.
Weather was biting cold so it made the trip a little difficult. It would have been awesome if our guide could have found us some corners to get out of the wind, talked through what we were about to see and then walked to the site. Still, it was great way to get a feel for the city.
We were late but our tour guide Nur was able to find us so that we were able to continue the remainder of the tour and get out museum tickets. Could tell he was very knowledgeable of the area !
Very engaging and knowledgeable tour guide. Nur knows his DC history and keep us entertained and informed as we moved along the Mall and toward the African American history museum. The museum is stellar.
Nor was so knowledgeable about DC history! I wish I could have spent the whole day with him! I had trouble getting to the meeting point, and he came and found me, which I really appreciated! I would definitely recommend his tour… very informative.
No one showed up for my tour! These people are con artists. When I called the number to complain...no one picked up the phone. They are denying me a refund. Do not give them your money.
Nur was such an enthusiastic and knowledgable guide. Definitely recommend for an African American historical perspective.
the tour guide's impressions of DC. he made the District come alive. He was gracious, fun, and lively. His understanding of history is superb. He also engaged all of us easily.
Our tour guide, Mr Gray was knowledgeable and engaging. It is obvious that he loves his job. He us very polite and endearing. He loves history and relays information excitedly while explicitly.
We arrived at Lafayette Square at the scheduled time of noon to meet our guide. The guide never arrived! After multiple phone calls, someone finally returned our call and emailed us our tickets to the Museum but we never got our walking tour. At first they offered a 50% refund for no tour and museum tickets that were free. Eventually after another phone call, a full refund was processed. We are still awaiting that refund. Very disappointing experience. I would not take a chance on this tour.
Our guide, Nur Ali Gray, was friendly and knowledgeable. We are from D.C. and we can say 95% of what we learned was unknown by our group. Nur stuck with us for the beginning of our African American Museum visit to ensure we had the best experience possible. I'd recommend the tour and Nur to district visitors and residents. Great job, Nur!!!
Great tour!!-Jacky could not have been more helpful and responsive to our needs for our tour date. Would definitely recommend this tour group to friends! The only con-wish we’d booked an earlier time so we could spend even more time in the museum-don’t miss the upper floors-super cool 😎
