Completes in 1935, you will be able to enjoy the Court’s stunning exterior whilst learn about all the history and tradition tied to it. Disclaimer: The Supreme Court of the United States is a public institution and may close without prior notice.
Afterwards you will visit the Library of Congress, the research library that officially serves the U.S Congress and is considered the national library of the United States. Here you will be informed about the unique characteristics of the House, the Senate and U.S legislative process, as well as learn about the history and development of architecture of the Capitol. Our guide will end the tour providing access passes (and information about security protocols) for the visitor’s galleries of the current chambers for the House of Representatives and or the Senate, to be seen at your leisure. We had a great tour with Amanda! She was knowledgeable, fun and so nice!! We learned a lot of new interesting things and had a great time!
Absolutely amazing tour ! Annamarie was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very attentive to everyone including our kids, definitely recommend her as a tour guide!!
An excellent tour with engaging delivery and extensive information about the history and significance of the Capitol Hill visited. Ann Marie was knowledgeable, informative, and engaging throughout, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. Her taking pictures was a plus as self sticks are not allowed. Highly recommended!
Annemarie was a wonderful guide. Loved the knowledge she shared with us.
The ride was fine but hard to hear. We also sat backwards which made it hard to see anything. Bring a jacket.
Excellent tour and tour guide. Debra as a guide was knowledgeable on the subject and areas visited. Great time
The capitol / Library of congress / Supreme Court tour that was led by Debra was very well organized and knowledgable. She let us know where to meet her and contacted us on how to identify her that morning.
Guide Amanda was very informative and explained everything and shown us meticulously. The history behind the start of the Library and the Court was exemplary. Highly recommend
Amanda was an amazing guide. Very comprehensive information provided and easily navigated multiple buildings. You would not be able to do such a great tour in the same timeframe by yourself. Highly recommended.
Don’t be late. Be on time. Call if you can’t make it. Lots of walking. Enjoy the tours. Interesting information.
Book this tour! Really enjoyed the guided Supreme Court, Library of Congress, and Capitol Building tour. Debra was an AMAZING tour guide! She was knowledgeable, personable, and articulate. She gave us the perfect curation of information so we had a good synthesis of information and important nuggets but never felt overwhelmed by all the minutiae. She also had a plan to see the sights - we would have wandered aimlessly and probably missed some must see items. This would be an excellent start to your DC sightseeing. Highly recommend!
Our guide, Maureen, was very knowledgable and provided so much valuable information. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants a more educational and comprehensive experience when they visit these sites.
Although I had a bit of difficulty finding the group, Amanda was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything and answer questions from everyone in the group. I only had a short time to see some sites in DC, and this tour was a great fit in my tight schedule. The Library of Congress was much more than I expected. Great tour with a great guide!
This was a good tour with many interesting historical facts about our nation. There is a bit of walking that should be kept in mind.
Debra was a superb guide and explained everything clearly and she was very knowledgeable about all three places.
Really informative and thorough tour! Debra is excellent and friendly. Highly recommended.
Had a great day at Capitol Hill and it didn't cost a penny. Very informative from Shanell who was our guide. Great information on head sets. Quick and efficient without many interesting facts. Would highly recommend. There is a great restaurant there but unfortunately we didn't eat there.
Very professional and knowledgeable. It was a very interesting tour. We learned a lot of things we weren’t aware of. The reading room at the Library of Congress was especially interesting.
Great experience with knowledgeable guide!
Great tour totally worth the money and our guide Debra was very informative and friendly.
Excellent tour with an excellent guide. Totally recommend!
Great tour! Our tour guide Debra was very informative and did a great job of helping us find shade when needed. Highly recommend this.
We had a wonderful experience with a great guide, Kate, who is extremely knowledgeable friendly and very professional. She was able to answer lots of questions that were put to her and made her tour and talk very interesting and informative. Kate Kate for all of the parties needs and interests. I really enjoyable tour which I would highly recommend.
This was well worth the money to be able to get into venues. Jim was personable and passionate about DC. No personal political biases noted.

This tour was much more than we expected. Annemarie, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and truly enjoys what she does.
Our guide, Debra, was passionate and knowledgable and engaged even our non-history leaning family in an inspiring tour of the U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court, and Library of Congress. She balanced great information and fun with time to explore on our own, and even managed to keep us out of the blistering heat as much as possible. Excellent and highly recommended!
Amanda did a wonderful job & knew so much about the 3 organizations. She kept all 12 of us together (no easy task) & was very well informed, which she shared with us. She’s an excellent tour guide.
This was a truly enjoyable experience as we learned so much from Annemarie who was super friendly and easy to communicate with. We were able to go at whatever pace was most comfortable to us and we were so appreciative for all the time we were able to spend with her. Thank you for a wonderful learning experience!
Amanda is the best guide in DC! We had an amazing time touring DC with Amanda! She guided us through the US Capitol, the Supreme Court, and the Library of Congress. Her knowledge of DC history is truly impressive, and she kept us engaged and entertained the entire time. She is incredibly warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. If you want to see the best of DC without the stress of navigating it yourself, you have to book a tour with Amanda as it made our trip.
Such a wonderful guide with Maribeth and the stories and insights were amazing. We couldn't get inside the Supreme Court but we were given info on what was happening there which was great. Seeing The Library of Congress was easy and she even came with us to the Galleries after the tour. Hearing her past only emphasised where we were and what we were seeing. Highly recommend her and the tour company!
Jim H has an AMAZING knowledge and I sight into every moment of the tour. He sprinkled in humor and answered pretty much every question we had. He was also able to offer help/suggestions on other attractions around town.
Great tour of the Library of Congress, Supreme Court and Congress. Jim H was an AMAZING guide with extensive knowledge and insight with some great humor thrown in.
Meghan was very friendly and knowledgeable Great tour and guide
Great experience!! Our guide was the best we’ve ever had - so knowledgeable, patient and fun!!
We had a wonderful tour and our tour guide Annemarie is great!
This tour was very informative and gave key highlights to the area without needing to spend hours and hours reading plaques in different buildings on our own. It was a comfortable pace for all individuals in the group. Our guide, Debra, was not only knowledgeable about the area and different buildings but attentive to the people she led. We especially appreciated the tickets to the Senate and the House galleries and felt this was the perfect ending to a great day.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour led by Leigh who is extremely knowledgeable of the history of DC, the founding fathers as well as the architecture and features of the buildings. Her narration made the experience much more meaningful especially with her ability to “get into the weeds” as she describes her desire to give interesting insights. Thank you!
Jim was terrific! Well-paced tour with plenty of info. Appreciated tour guide’s candor, humor, knowledge, and flexibility. Highly recommend.
There was a lot of walking. Don't bring food into the capital. Don't bring water either. Make sure your camera is fully charged.
Had a great time.. very informative tour ! Out guide Debra was excellent and very knowledgeable. Will surely recommend it !
Debra was extremely informative, professional and knowledgeable. She ensured everyone stayed safe during the tour. Was extremely approachable.
