Had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful, luxurious hotel in Washington, D.C., and it truly exceeded my expectations. I loved that this historic building was once a post office and has been beautifully transformed into a stunning hotel while preserving so much of its charm. The staff made our stay even more memorable with their exceptional hospitality and warm, welcoming service. Thank you for making our visit so special. One of the best experiences ever. From rooms to dining and service. All were excellent. The hotel lobby is truly the anchor and has a grand sense of arrival. The service is great and the Peacock alley is a great place to sit and soak in the full aura and ambiance it to mention having some great meetings as well. Definitely a must see and a must stay.
What an amazing experience I had. They only cons was the high priced valet parking and the bed was a little too hard for me. But when I say this is a must experience for yourself, it is. The staff was topnotch. No complaints at all. Everything truly was first class. I didn't have a chance to visit the restaurant on premises, but I am planning another trip soon and look forward to a full experience. However, the food served at the event was very delicious. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend.
Wow. The building is amazing and the rooms are equally amazing. Luxurious, comfortable, inviting.. everything you want from a room. Service is impeccable. Absolutely everyone goes out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of. From the moment you pull in, you know you're in good hands. Location: right next to everything and only minutes away from the airport. It's about as perfect a location as you can get. We will be back and will recommend it to anyone who'll listen.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the DC Waldorf Astoria (formerly a Trump property). The hotel is beautiful and from the moment you step in the lobby it feels like luxury with the cherry blossom trees and high ceilings. The rooms are gorgeous with every small touch you’d expect from a high end luxury hotel. High quality toiletries, in case you’ve forgotten anything, . The service is excellent from check in, room service and just anything could need. The room service menu was great, we had two of their burgers before leaving for our event that evening and it was top tier with bacon jam and just delicious. The next biggest takeaway was that bed! Soft sheets and the fluffiest dreamlike bed, literally the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!
