The Westin Dc Downtown

I attended a conference here this week. The hotel was very fresh and inviting. I think this was tie overall nicest guest room that I have ever stayed in. It was bright and appealing. The staff was very pleasant and polite. The conference facilities, while in the lower levels, were very accommodating. The set up staff were hard workers and very prompt at setting up and taking down. They were undergoing a renovation while I was here, the finished product will enhance the experience.

We had a wonderful experience here! The renovation was not an issue at all. The hotel staff was very communicative about when the water would be off in our rooms during our stay. The renovated rooms were spectacular and we were very comfortable! George at the front desk was so kind and had wonderful restaurant recommendations, and the rest of the team we interacted with were great. The location was superior, both for a conference at the convention center and exploring the sites. I would stay again!

Nice hotel near most DC attractions. Our room was recently renovated, so it was fairly comfortable and modern. The hotel overall was nice, and it was clean, but nothing really special stood out. The lobby was small and very understated. The buffet breakfast, though on the high side, was plentiful, and the staff was attentive and pleasant. I would consider staying there again.

Besides the construction going on, we do not have any complains. The renovations are so worth it. Nothing better than remodeled rooms….Rooms are a little small though. But we loved our stay here. House keeping came and did a great job. Nothing better than coming to beds clean and done each day. On our first day we had these delicious chocolates in the room. Cute touch!!
