Cesar was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. The food was delicious and satisfying, and we all loved the variety and quality. Each location we visited was interesting and added a special touch and he explained the history of the city. Overall, it was a great time for the whole family, and I would gladly recommend Cesar to anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience.

If want good food and know the about history of Poland Cesar is your man. He knows all the authentic polish food and has avast knowledge of Poland.

First of all, Cesar sent us a picture of himself so we know exactly who to look for before our meeting. The tour was nothing less than amazing. Cesar was very educated in the history of Poland and about all the establishment that we visited. The food was authentic Polish food and was delicious. We could not have asked for anyone better.

Cesar was the perfect guide taking us to 5 different restaurants. We tasted traditional Polish dishes and were exposed to many flavors. Cesar was very interesting and explained the dishes. He also told us about the sights as we walked along. The tour was the best way to be exposed to many Polish foods.

I especially liked the stop at a milk bar. Cesar made the tour fun. He is very nice and ensured we were all comfortable. He also adjusted the itinerary based on food allergies.

The tour description sounded very attractive to us. And I am sure we would have enjoyed it had we actually done it. There was a confusion in communication and we ended up getting a refund for it. We were disappointed.

The Food: Every dish was delicious, though come prepared—the portions are extremely generous! The Spirits: I had the chance to sample three distinct vodkas—one classic potato and two vibrant fruit varieties—all of which were excellent. Cesar’s ability to weave historical context into a food tour made the experience both educational and indulgent. I can't recommend this enough for anyone wanting a "real" taste of Warsaw.

I had a fantastic time on this tour with my guide, Cesar. He was very knowledgeable not only about the food of Warsaw, but also of the history. We stopped at a number of interesting spots while walking from one restaurant to another and he explained the history. We got away from the tourist area and had very authentic Polish dishes. All of the food was delicious but it is a lot of food. I also tried 3 different kinds of vodka - one potato and two fruit. All were very good.

My wife and I really enjoyed our food tour with Cesar. The food was excellent and, as an added bonus, we learned a lot about the history of Warsaw and Old Town. Come forewarned though—you will eat a ton of flood! Cesar is extremely knowledgeable, personable and we would highly recommend this tour!

Each stop showed a different layer of Warsaw’s soul. From old communist canteens to elegant Blikle, the food was delicious and the stories even better. We learned more about Poland in 3 hours than in a week of museums.

I loved the mix of comfort food and nostalgia. You feel like walking with a local friend who really loves his city. The gołąbki and bigos were incredible – hearty, homemade, and full of flavor. And that rose donut?Unreal

We didn’t expect to discover so much history through food! Pyzy and Baczewski vodka were a perfect start, but the highlight for me was the bar mleczny – it felt like traveling back to the 1980s. Our guide knew every story behind the dishes and the streets. Ended the tour tipsy on homemade nalewka. Highly recommend!

We had a really enjoyable experience with Cesar, and highly recommend this food tour. It’s a great thing to do especially at the start of a stay here. We’ve done several food tours in a variety of locations and his is right up there with the best. He’s a knowledgeable guy, not just about the food but about Warsaw, but also he has a great deal of pride in his city and country and enjoys talking about his heritage. In addition, Cesar accommodated our food requests (particularly no pork) yet was able to give us a great experience of traditional dishes. As we sat and ate, and also as we walked, he provided nice historical context and filed in a lot of relevant facts. It was a complete experience. But here’s what is important to know - there is a LOT of food, so come very hungry! Thank you Cesar for your terrific introduction to Warsaw, your country and your cuisine.
