Drivers wa prompt, courteous and very helpful. The care was clean and the ride to the airport was smooth.

Driver was prompt. We had some difficulty with the hook up point, but that was related to Viator having the wrong phone number. They were very helpful when I called and came to where we were to take us back to where the car was.

Make sure when you book the ride you specify the time for pickup if it is not at the airport (like a hotel pickup). If it is an airport pickup - I gave the time the flight was supposed to arrive. They will wait up to am hour at the airport. Getting thru border control, EES, baggage claim took about 25-30 minutes. I wasn't clear on the desired pickup time going from the hotel to the airport. I called the morning of the pickup and they were able to get the driver to the hotel pickup a little earlier than what they planned. It all worked out well. Easy pickup. The driver was helpful and got from point A to point B quickly! Very easy, especially if you don't know the transit system and like some assurance that you can get to where you want to go.

We are lucky to have Piotr to pick us up from Chopin airport and then drop us off back at the airport 6 days later. He was very approachable, friendly, and helpful. He even gave us recommendations for sites and restaurants. Communication with the company using Viator message system needs to improve but it’s NOT on Piotr.

At 2253 sent text to driver that airline lost our luggage & we were at lost & found. When we left baggage area the driver was not in the area. Texted to see where he was , his reply Costa Cafe. We had no idea where it was, asked if he was coming to get us & was told he had to reenter because his parking expired. Asked color/make of his car. We were told he was inside near costa cafe. We found it, texted him saying we were near Uber door. I noticed his car in the parking area. Texted him we were going to his car. He was standing there. We were not happy with him and just wanted to get to hotel. I had no intention of tipping him and said so & he said you know I waited an hour for you! Isn’t that his job? My husband said give him something, so he got 10PLn about 2.50USD . Clients had to find driver, shouldn’t that have been the driver finding us?

We had the pleasure of using this airport transfer service at Warsaw Chopin Airport, and we cannot recommend it enough, especially thanks to our fantastic driver, Krzysztof. Upon our unexpected early arrival, Krzysztof reached out to us via WhatsApp, but unfortunately, we missed his calls due to a lack of Wi-Fi. Despite this, he was able to find us easily, holding a sign with our name, which made it stress-free to connect. We were pleasantly surprised to be transported in a spacious van, even though there were only two of us. Krzysztof took care of all our luggages, making the whole experience seamless. During the drive, Krzysztof shared fascinating insights about Warsaw's history, current events, and demographics. As first-time visitors, this overview was invaluable. He also took the time to orient us to our hotel and point out nearby sights and dining options, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you, Krzysztof, for your outstanding service! Luxury Transfers provide a wonderful driver. He was very professional and punctual. He drove us from Krakaw’s Old Town to the International Airport in roughly 20 minutes.

The Shuttle 24 driver never showed to pick us up from the Warsaw Airport!!! We were completely stranded for over an hour (the supposed waiting period) before I had to beg someone from another transfer company to help us get to our hotel in Warsaw. We've used Viator for other things in the past, but we will never use them for arranging transfers again!!! Beware.

Driver didn’t turn up …. Others from shuttle24 were there and the guy was very helpful and organise a cab which was very good of him , but still it shouldn’t have happened

Tomasz was punctual, friendly, informative and ,(importantly) a safe but efficient driver! The van was clean and spacious. While this is a little more expensive that hiring an Uber, it's more reliable as you're going into a new city for the first time

Horrible service. There was no communication from the company. A day before our arrival, I messaged them to find out details but no response. After we got to the airport, we looked and there was no one there. I asked one of the other drivers from other companies and finally found our driver. He then took us to the taxi line and we had to wait 30 minutes for a taxi. There was no van like we requested and we had to wait on top of it. I went through viator for a refund and they refused. It would have been quicker for me to go to the taxi line myself or get an Uber after arrival.

AVOID AT ALL COST! After prepaying for a pick up service, the driver declined to take us and instead put us in a taxi (not a personalised pick up) and apologised - at least he said sorry! The company refused to provide a refund for the fare between a taxi and their pick up service. Go for a more reliable company and avoid this scam.
