Itinerary
Palace of Culture and Science is the hulking symbol of Warsaw’s long-gone communist government and the most recognizable building in the city.
Warsaw Citadel is a 19th-century fortress in Warsaw, Poland. It was built after the suppression of the 1830 November Uprising in order to bolster imperial Russian control of the city. It served as a prison into the late 1930s.
Wooden housing district where constructors of the Palace of Culture and Science used to live.
A beautiful interwar-era housing district with its gas lanterns (last ones in the city) and some modernist architecture in close vicinity.
Discover the exotic part of Warsaw where you can still admire the prewar architecture, the street art at Brzeska street and Różycki's Bazaar.
Can you imagine that in the city centre a wooden housing area can be found? It is hidden in a park, so you wouldn't find it without our guide.
Have you seen a garden on the rooftop of a library? If not, we will show you one. Not only it's really beautiful garden, but also you can admire Warsaw panorama from there.

Great Experience with Great tourguide, Jakub really knows how to entertain and educate us tourists.
We had a fantastic Fiat 126p tour through Warsaw. Driving through the city in such an iconic little car was a really fun and unique way to explore Warsaw. Our guide Agata was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very relaxed and entertaining. Definitely recommended if you want to see the city from a different perspective.
Very fun and nice drive tour! Hour ride Agata was het best!! Thank you
Lovely tour. As my family are from Warsaw, I've visited every year for the last 30 years. Therefore, the guide adapted to my situation and seeked out some very interested points of history in the city, that I wasn't aware. He could have been slightly clearer with directions at time and we did have to refuel the car at one point but nevertheless, it was a fantastic experience and i will do it again next year!
Jurek was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My brother and I had a great time and would highly recommend this as a very unique experience.
First off if you have 2 people they only bring 1 car so not both people can drive. Please be aware the vehicle is a MANUAL transmission, I was unaware of this as it’s no where in the advertising. When I arrived the guide said I couldn’t drive because I haven’t driven manual, fair enough, I told him it’s no where in their advertising that it’s manual only cars, and I asked for a refund since I wasn’t allowed to do the tour. The tour guide said it wasn’t up to him but he could drive us instead, I declined because I paid to drive the fiat, as the tour suggests, not be driven. Once I left I called Viator requesting a refund, 2 days later they responded saying the tour operator are denying the refund because they said I should’ve known it was a manual car and the tour offered to drive us instead. Again, I paid to drive the car not be driven. So just posting this for awareness so you don’t make the same mistake I made.
Thank you Jurek for the tour. we really enjoyed it. Its a trip down memorylane for me, the smell of petrol and old car is fantastic ;)
I had a great pleasure to take part in Self-Drive Warsaw Tour - Undiscovered Warsaw with our guide, Agata, and I must say - it has been a great experience. Driving the classic Polish car - Maluch was exteremely great fun, and also an unforgettable experience. The sightseeing route Agata prepared was original and full of surprises. We visited some fascinating spots with rich history. Agata created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, shared lots of interesting facts, and was clearly very well prepared as a guide. To sum up, the tour was excellent and very enjoyable - starting with the fun of driving a vintage car to discovering lesser-known areas of Warsaw. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and colleagues!
An excellent tour in the legendary Fiat 126p - better known as the Maluch. Although the only available tour was in English, our fantastic guide, Agata, switched to Polish once she learned we were bilingual. Having grown up in Warsaw, we thought we knew the city well, but she took us to places we had never visited and even some we didn’t know existed. Driving the little Maluch added a whole new dimension to the experience. I grew up driving stick shift, but after years of automatic transmissions and much larger cars, getting behind the wheel of this tiny “powerhouse” was an absolute blast. All in all, I highly recommend both the company and this tour - it was fun on so many levels. While we politely declined the traditional vodka shot Agata offered at the end, for others it might be the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable ride.
We had a lot of fun on the tour and saw many parts of Warsaw that we would otherwise never have visited. A beautiful piece of history was shared with us by the guide Agata, and she was very enthusiastic in her storytelling. We recommend everyone to book this tour if you want to discover Warsaw beyond the usual touristic attractions.
This tour is great for getting a general opinion about Warsaw from behind the wheel of an adorable 2 cylinder little Polish made car. It was for sure one of the highlights of my stay. In terms of itinerary, we got to see some less known places as well thanks to the flexibility of our very experienced guide - Konrad. If you are coming to Warsaw, book this tour and ask for him.
Booked a self drive tour, when we got there for the tour no one was there. After waiting and calling the operator 4 times (they didn’t pick up) we left and requested a refund. Unacceptable as we planned the day around this tour and ended up wasting a day of sightseeing with no warning. Booked through trip advisor on their available day (26.12) and they apparently do not work on that day. A warning or change of availability would’ve been very helpful on the platform. Furthermore they claim not to serve Russians as one of the reasons to not doing this tour at our booked time. Not sure how determined my nationality or citizenship but I personally have never even been to Russia and such false discrimination is unacceptable
Very informative guide Retro car - very interesting to drive Goes round the whole city with a stop at the old town for a walk around
So much fun driving the Polski Fiat around Warsaw. Hania was so informative and delightful. We had the BEST TIME! Saw so many sights we would have never seen if we were just wandering around. The vodka shot after the drive was neat!!! Thank you Hania!
Marcin our tour guide was so great! We did off the beaten path spots all around the city. I saw places that tourists probably ordinarily wouldn't visit. It's not easy to keep those classic cars going so it's really amazing they do it! So glad to support keeping classic cars on the roads! Marcin you are a 5 star classic gentleman also! Thank you for a great day!
Very funny and extraordinary possibility to Explore the City. It ist Not an everyday Thing (anymore) to Drive around with a Fiat 126p. Martin, our Guide, showed us places in Warsaw I did not know before. - He has a big knowledge of Warsaw and ist very friendly. We had a lot of fun and a great time driving. Can realy recommend this trip. Tip: Try to avoid Times during Rushhour, to mit Just stay in a Trafficjam.
Great couple of hours touring round the city in a 30 year old Fiat 126, guide was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended and a nice memory of the city.
A fantastic experience! Konrad was our amazing host and he guided us around some off the beaten track locations in Warsaw - they were all really interesting and Konrad answered all of our questions. The car was really fun to drive and it was a great alternative way to explore Warsaw and learn about its history. Thoroughly recommend this experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic drive through the lesser known parts of Warsaw. Martin was a great guide, with a lot of knowledge of the city. As we were talking about Breda he instantly directed us to a statue commemorating the close bond between Poland and Breda. And it was fantastic to drive 'my' car in Poland as I have a 126p myself... This gave me even more motivation to finish that project and take it out during the summer. Definitely recommend this tour!
We had a great time with Martin, he was knowledgeable but just great to chat to in general, it was like being taken atound by a friend. We had already done a few tours while we were in Warsaw but this is a great way to get ofd the beaten track and see some different things. I'd highly recommend the tour as a unique experience
Hello! This was a great tour. Pavel was a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable and funny. He moved the tour along and explained the sites thoroughly. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Warsaw
The tour was excellent, even though we've lived in Warsaw for a couple of years, we still discovered many unknown places and got to know the history of the city. Our guide was super friendly and we were impressed by his knowledge.
What a lovely experience! Had a great time driving these awesome cars and seeing the city. Our guide was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge.
We went with Pawel, gave us a history lesson as we drove through Warsaw and do some on-foot sightseeing. We went to some well known historic locations, then off the beaten path in some very interesting places I wouldn't have known about. The car itself si so much fun to drive. Recommend!
Fantastic tour with selve drive in classic cars. Nice guided setup and the fact it is possible to drive classic car for a Warsaw tour is fantastic with this group
...especially some bits that are off the tourist track. Pawel our guide was very knowledgeable about both polish history and current affairs. Would thoroughly recommend!
We had a great trip around Warszawa with Olga. She told us many interesting stories from history, and we enjoyed it a lot. Great experience. PS! You should be an experienced driver to do this!! Nostrovia ;-)
If you like old interesting cars (I do) and having a personal guide this is an ideal trip. An excellent way to see a lot of Warsaw, we did the 4hr tour, and our guide pointed out a lot of the sights and also gave good recommendations for restaurants. He also took some photographs that were sent through by email and bought us a donut! I would happily recommend this tour.
We had such a good time driving around Warsaw with our guide Marcin. He showed us places we wouldn't have found without him and we learnt so many things. It was our first time in Warsaw and it was the best moment of our stay : funny, original and instructive. Fully recommend !
Highly recommend taking this tour if you like driving and want to experience what the Polski Fiat feels like :) If you are lucky you'll get Martin as your Guide who is very knowledgeable about Warsaw and Polish History in General. He really showed us stuff we would have never found on our own.
We had a great time. Olga, our guide, was very knowledgeable and such a lovely person :-) A memorable experience for sure!
We booked the self-drive tour with Olga and we were positively surprised. The tour was not only very informative, but also very fun and the atmosphere was great. We got to know the Warsaw highlights in a nutshell and still had the chance to drive the famous polski fiat. A very nice experience, we can really recommend the tour, if you are interested in that old car and do not have much time to visit all Warsaw sights.
It was a good experience with our friendly tour leader Martin who showed us some historical places that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. And man what a car, I just loved it!
First, don't go if you can't drive stick/manual. Guide Martin is very knowledgeable about Warsaw history. Saw several non traditional sites including gallows, worker barracks, fort and site of ghetto and gun fire. Agency was flexible on scheduling tour time. Native guide allowed us to pick his brain on events and contemporary Warsaw.
A very memorable and enjoyable tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Got to see many of the old wartime and soviet points of interest that I would not otherwise have seen. Getting to experience the challenge of driving the retro Fiat was another perk. (Being over 6 foot tall made it all the more comical). Definitely worth a try!
We loved the self-driving tour! Our tour guide Marcin was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Marcin gave clear instructions about driving the Fiat 126p and managed to show us the main parts of the city that we wanted to see in just 2,5 hours. We fell in love with this car which was great fun to drive! Also nice; the tour guide takes complimentary pictures of you during the trip, which they will e-mail to you later. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend this tour in 4 hours, as 2,5 might not be enough to see everything!

This tour is awesome! You get to drive this tiny fiat, while this history of Warsaw is being told and showed. The tour guide we had was very welcoming, interested and nice. If you have anything specific that you want to see or know about, they will absolutely try to make it happen.

Bardzo miła wycieczka Maluchem po Warszawie połączona ze zwiedzaniem stolicy. Przewodniczka Agata na 5+. O czasie z uśmiechem, wiedzą i życzliwiścią. Polecamy wszystkim powrót do czasów słusznie minionych na pokładzie Malucha.
What a great tour! The guide Agata was super and could tell us a lot about the city and undiscovered places where we were allowed to move ourselves in a Fiat 126. Driving the retro car was a party! We thank Agata for the very nice day, the explanation and the tours and will definitely be back for another ride in the future!
Guide was so great, nice and relaxed, well explained everything and we really had fun together, experience: back to years '80. Great. Great.
Przejazd maluchem zaliczam do udanych. Wycieczka była świetna, a samo opowiadanie o historii miasta przez przedwonika Kubę bardzo interesujące i pouczające. Dzisiejszy dzień zapamiętam na długo.
If you want to see anything other than the traditional sights is this tour. Drive a cool retro Fiat through several neighborhoods with a super guide. We had Klaus, who was good at communicating, and had good knowledge of the city. Recommended for adults.
We were able to enjoy a very nice afternoon with Konrad. We have visited many unknown places in Warsaw and I did not know that such a retro car could attract the attention of so many surprised tourists
Martin hat sehr viel neues und interessantes erzählt. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und lustige Stimmung. Sehr gerne wieder :)
A very interesting journey around Warsaw. Many interesting facts and information about our capital. Delicious chocolate in the Wedel chocolate shop. We recommend.
A fantastic adventure for a toddler around this "different" Warsaw. Mr. Konrad, as a guide, talked interestingly and gave great suggestions for further visits.
We had a great tour, with individual opportunities to discover the city. The tour was in German and our tour guide was highly recommended. After a short introduction to the cars, we set off. The cars are cool and others are also enthusiastic about them.
Fantastic tour in great weather here in Warsaw! The four of us drove through Warsaw in the POLSKI FIAT 126 like in the old days and visited many secret corners! A really great exploration tour of a different kind! Many thanks also to PROF. Jacek who, with his charm as a guide, gave us a 2.5-hour "internal tour of Warsaw".
Świetny klimat, przewodnik bardzo zaangażowany opowiadał z zainteresowaniem i odpowiadał na pytania. Serdecznie polecam!
