My flight was over an hour late in arriving and still there was no issue, as Paul was waiting for me when I got there. His service was impeccable and the conversation interesting and enlightening. The car was beautiful, too. I would highly recommend.

Driver proactively texted us about 10 minutes after landing to tell us the meeting point, which was very conspicuous and easy to locate. Very helpful with luggage, even when I said it wasn’t necessary. Good driver, pleasant mood, immediately gave us the Wi-Fi for the Van which was appreciated. Had bottled water for us which was a nice touch. Helped unload luggage upon our arrival at the hotel. Great experience and very professional.

Driver was an hour late. Didn't have any number to contact them. Wouldn't offer a refund. Basically a scam. Avoid. There are plenty of good taxis outside the airport.
One Word - EXCELLENT!

Choosing this company while in Warsaw was the best of my decisions. It began with the pickup from the airport and ended at the driver's daily disposition. Elegant, perfectly familiar with the topography of the city in a flash car met my expectations. Thank you Vip Service for making my day full of meetings easier. I will definitely come back more than once to use your services!
Profesjonalnie i szybko.
