Olivia was a fantastic guide. I was the only one in the tour & she didn’t cancel, which speaks highly of her. She shows you aspects & histories of Old Town that you won’t find in travel guides. I’m staying in Old Town and she made it come alive in ways it hadn’t before then. Funny, quick witted and knowledgeable, she welcomed all of my many questions with aplomb. What’s more, she enjoyed talking about and explaining various topics and issues that were adjacent to the subject matter she was presenting. I felt like I got to know a small portion of Poland through her. I can’t think of higher praise. Both the content of this tour and the quality of this remarkable guide make this a “must” for anyone visiting Warsaw.

This 2 ish hour tour was a great way to see all the key historical things in the old town area - my tour guide was both very knowledgeable and whitty as well - definitely worth it!
I have to say that this was my best walking tour yet! It was more like going for a walk with a friend rather than an organised tour. Very informative and told with knowledge and passion. Thank you. PS I had my first pierogi at the restaurant that you recommended and they were great!
It was a great way to see and learn about the city
We really enjoyed the attentive and professional explanations that our guide Oliwia with her strong sense of humor gave us during our visit of Warsaw last Friday. The two hours walk has been very pleasant and the ideal choice if you don't have a lot of time to spend in town.
This was our first afternoon in Warsaw and we had Olivia as our tour guide. We saw and learned so much about the city and her sarcastic, lively approach kept us engaged. We were impressed with her English ( raised for a time in the US), and her historical, cultural knowledge of Warsaw. We saw many interesting sights, and covered and learned so much more than had we been on our own. We took another tour with Warsaw Undiscovered, Life Behind the Iron Curtain, and it was excellent as well. Highly recommended!
This tour was one of the best things my partner and I did in Warsaw. Our tour guide was Agnieszka, who was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, engaging, and charismatic. We loved our tour with her so much that we booked two more tours with her before we left (the Praga tour and the life under communism tour). The Praga tour was just me and my partner, while the other two tours were a few other people as well. In both instances, Agnieszka was attentive to making sure every group member felt included, and she was extremely patient with all of our questions, even in the slightly larger group. She had thoughtful and informative answers to every question we asked. She comes to the tours prepared with photos to help illustrate what life looked like in the past, and her tours are also thoughtfully designed with adequate stops where seating is available. She is excellent at organizing her tours to provide context without being overwhelming. To top it all off, she is simply a lovely person. Highly recommend any of Agnieszka's tours!
Agnieszka was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and energetic. She was able to field questions from a couple of self professed history nerds. The tour was small so it was more a two-hour conversation. I would highly recommend it.
Aga was an amazing guide - knowledgeable, engaging, humorous, and flexible. She took pains to understand what our primary interests were. She had also clearly prepared extensively for guiding this tour. She made Warsaw even more interesting than I thought it would be! Highly recommended!
We were lucky enough to do the tour with Oliwia yesterday - she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Warsaw. We appreciated her sense of humor and her recommendations for our interest in Polish food. Highly recommended tour we learnt so much and had a great laugh along the way.
Super guide, fluent English, well versed in all questions. Good catalogue of photos showing the buildings pre-reconstruction. `Tailored tour to visitors wishes and dialogue including a coffee stop. Particularly well versed re Warsaw 1939-45 not just re buildings but people.
Fantastic guide, great information. Really loved it. Olivia was a fantastic guide with a great sense of humour.
I had the pleasure of taking two tours with Warsaw Undiscovered this week, and both were outstanding experiences. On Monday, I joined Life Behind the Iron Curtain led by Oliwia, and it was so fascinating and well presented that I immediately signed up for their Historic Heart of Warsaw tour on Wednesday with Agnieszka. Both guides were exceptional. Oliwia and Agnieszka are natural storytellers who know how to bring history to life with insight, warmth, and humor. They didn’t just recite facts; they wove together stories that satisfied my academic curiosity while immersing me in the depth of Polish culture and heritage. I especially appreciated how each tour balanced historical detail with cultural context, making the past feel vivid and relevant. Between Oliwia’s deep dive into Poland’s Iron Curtain years and Agnieszka’s intimate portrayal of Warsaw’s historic center, I felt like I saw two very different but equally important sides of the city. Warsaw Undiscovered truly lives up to its name—these tours go beyond surface-level sightseeing and deliver experiences that are both intellectually engaging and incredibly enjoyable. I came away with a much deeper appreciation for Warsaw, and I would wholeheartedly recommend these tours to anyone visiting the city.
The Guide was wonderful. The old city came alive with her enthusiasm and passion. The explanations were simple and straightforward. Highly recommended.
Our guide, Olivia, spoke fluent English (raised in U.S.) and provided a fact filled and fascinating tour of the old town area of Warsaw. It was set at a comfortable pace, yet covered a good amount of the area. I would definitely look to book another tour with her when we return to Poland!
Agnieszka gave us a wonderful tour of the Youngest Old Town in Europe. All the reading in the world can’t make you understand what this city/country/people went through as they withstood Nazis, bombardments, and communism until you see and feel it. Really special. Highly recommend. I wish I had had time to take all the tours these wonderful ladies offered. Great job!
We had a brilliant tour guide. Olivia was so knowledgeable, funny and informative about the sights and sounds of Warsaw.
Olivia, our guide made our tour incredible. She is an outstanding and accomplished guide who is brilliant, easy going and did not mind at all that the tour went above the prescribed time at all.
My colleagues and I joined a walking tour in Warsaw with Olivia, and we were absolutely amazed! Her deep knowledge of the city’s history, combined with her engaging storytelling and great sense of humor, made the experience unforgettable. Olivia’s passion for Warsaw truly shines through in every story she shares. It was the perfect mix of learning, entertainment, and fun. Highly recommend her as a guide for anyone visiting the city!
Well planned tour with many of the highlights we wanted to see and then some. Our guide was professional, knowledgeable and patient with our questions & photo taking. She had a great sense of humour! Definitely recommend this tour. A perfect way to scope out the old city and to begin our holiday. 5 stars!
Lots of good photos and what a fabulous storyteller with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge of the history including the telling of interesting local myths and legends as well as the historical facts. Will definitely do another tour again xx
Really fantastic tour. Agnieska was a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guide. Also a nice smaller group size which was better than the huge tour groups. This tour was perfect for learning more about the history of Warsaw and its people. Our guide was really interesting and engaging, and 2 hours flew by, even on a pretty cold day. Also good value experience, particularly with such a well prepared and knowledgeable guide.
My guide was Oliwia. Having lived in the US for many years her English is perfect. She knows her stuff and can communicate her knowledge well. She was also very funny which made it even more enjoyable. I learned a lot about Warsaw and Polish history. Would definitely recommend.
A most enjoyable and informative walk. Olivia is very knowledgeable and spoke excellent and clear english. She was only to happy to answer any questions . I would highly recommend this walk
Very informative and presented in a relaxed and fun manner. Was a wonderful introduction to the history of the city, and included useful information such as where to eat.
The tour itself was 5/5. The tour guide Olivia was a good story teller and I wish it had been longer. We went to Warsaw for the Taylor Swift concert and at the beginning of the tour the guide had some unenthusiastic comments about her, which left a sour taste in the mouth. That's why 4/5. But she was cool for the rest of it :)
Oliwia was our tour guide and I can not say enough about how great she was! Not only were the stories she shared informative and interesting, but her delivery was so entertaining. I feel I learned so much about the city and history of Warsaw and the tour made me feel excited to learn even more! Also, they gave GREAT recommendations for further site seeing and food recommendations.
Agnes was amazing...an spectacular guide, sensitive and plenty of enthusiasm. Thanks and keep doing it! She is very patient and have conducted very well the group.
Oliwia was very knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting. She kept me engaged throughout and answered any questions in detail, she also made the tour entertaining by being straightforward and honest, especially when we were at the Gnojna Gora.
This tour gave us a very good insight into the history of the old town of Warsaw. Our tour guide, Olivia, was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask questions. We saw the highlights of the old town and ended to tour outside the front of the Law Courts and the statutes depicting scenes from the Warsaw Uprising.
Oliwia was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable and struck a good balance between being informative and fun. One of the best walking tours we have done
I would thoroughly recommend this tour. Our guide Oliwia was extremely knowledgeable about the history and landmarks of the Old Town. We learnt so much about architecture, history, the Jewish community & Warsaw in general. This set us up perfectly for our visit to the Polin Museum
Great educating tour - Oliwia was a great tour guide with loads of information and entertaining stories around. She was guiding us for about 2.5 hours
Had a great time walking through the historic buildings of oldtown. Oliwia told us so many legends related to the place! It was fun and informative. Highly Recommended!!!
Absolutely wonderful tour. The guide was knowledgeable, told great stories and personal insights. Highly recommend, gave a great overview of the old city of Warsaw both before and after the war.
She did a great job on the guided tour of historic Warsaw. Knew so much about the history of the city, buildings, important people, and the war.
My girlfriend booked excursion for us on my birthday with Olivia. And it was very interesting experience and Olivia tell us a lot of about story of Warsaw and Poland! She answered on all ours questions and shown us very interesting places and landmarks which we can’t find before! We are appreciating Olivia for this interesting way! I will recommend her for my friends and relatives! Thank you! It was the best gift for my birthday!:) Vadim
We really enjoyed the tour. At 2 hours long it was the perfect amount of time and have our guide Oliwia enough time to show us the main areas of Warsaw old town and beyond. She was very knowledgeable and provided lots of interesting information in a relaxed and witty manner. Would highly recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Historic Heart of Warsaw Walking Tour led by Agnieszka. The hours just flew by! I definitely recommend it!
I enjoyed a really interesting tour with Agnieszka and had a great afternoon learning about some of the history of Warsaw. It made me see the old town in a whole new light.
I had a great one on one personalized tour with Agnieszka! She explained everything eloquently and answered my questions. Her great sense of humor made it memorable!
We signed up for the "Historic Heart of Warsaw" tour on the first day of our stay in Warsaw and it was a hit! Even though we were preparing for the trip and had read a little about Warsaw, Agnieszka showed us places we wouldn't find on our own and presented the history of the city with passion and in an understandable, clear way. She was very friendly and we could ask various questions. At the end, she recommended different restaurants to us. We are glad we went on this trip and we recommend it!
Great tour of new and Old Warsaw with all the history and back stories of a fascinating city… our guide Oliwia was amazing, funny, knowledgable and great company. Highly recommend this one..
Fantastic tour with Agnieska! We were very lucky to have a 121 tour and it was very interesting and informative. A great way to learn about the history of Warsaw and would recommend to all visiting.
Cannot recommend this tour more highly. Olivia, my guide, was truly amazing. She knew so much about Warsaw and it’s history and told it in such an engaging and interesting way. It was the perfect way to start my holiday to Warsaw. Make sure you make time to go!!
I did two tours with Warsaw Undiscovered- Life Behind the Iron Curtain with Agnieska and A Unique Tour of Jewish Warsaw with Oliwia. Both tours were excellent. Agnieska and Oliwia were friendly, professional, engaging, excellent story tellers, and very knowledgeable. Both itineraries felt well curated and were places I would have found on my own.
Our group of three had the pleasure of being led by Oliwia for this tour through the Warsaw Ghetto, visiting the most historically significant sites. Oliwia was very clear and enthusiastic in her remarks, and, of course, her English was excellent. While the tour focused on the Ghetto, Oliwia easily answered any question we had about Warsaw in general. Total time was about 2-1/2 hours of easy walking, with stops in the shade where possible. There were few opportunities to sit, so be prepared to stay upright for the duration. Based on the quality of this tour, I would have no hesitation in booking any of the other tours that Warsaw Undiscovered offers.
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our morning tour around Warsaw. Oliwia was great, had excellent English and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She kept the tour entertaining throughout and our two hours flew by. Would definitely recommend this tour!
Our recent Bohemian Warsaw tour led by the incredible guides Agnieszka and Oliwia was an absolute gem. It uncovered a side of Warsaw we'd never have discovered on our own. From hidden courtyards adorned with street art to museum of vodka, every step of the tour was filled with fascinating surprises. Agnieszka and Oliwia's passion for Warsaw's Bohemian culture was infectious, and their stories brought the city's history to life. What set this tour apart was not just the captivating facts and hidden treasures but also the warm and personalized touch provided by our guides. They made us feel like insiders, sharing recommendations and insights that enriched our entire visit. In short, if you want to experience the true essence of Bohemian Warsaw and are lucky enough to have Agnieszka and Oliwia as your guides, don't miss this tour. Highly recommended!
We went on their tour of Bohemian Warsaw in Praga and had an amazing time. The tour covered a variety of topics from different periods of history, street art, famous movie locations to the modern makeup of this really interesting part of the city. We had the rare fortune of both Agnieszka and Oliwia showing us around and they did a fantastic job at engaging the group being very knowledgable, friendly and downright hilarious - we had such good banter in an unscripted, off-the-cuff manner that I've never experienced from a guided tour before. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a tour - if you're visiting Warsaw for the first time or even if you've been there many times, I would strongly recommend (re)discovering Warsaw with them!
