This was an absolutely exceptional tour. Our guide put his heart and soul in making it. He came with a binder full of pictures, stories and quotes to show us. I have never learned so much on a tour and I have been on hundreds! If you can only go on one tour in Warsaw, choose this one.
The cycle tour was very Pleasant. Our guide Marich was very well informative about Warsaw and very enthusiastic.
The Basket is an additional charge, but it's small and not suited to a heavy backpack. Best is a snug cross body. Some hills involved, so arrive early to get comfortable with the gears. Marcin was excellent guide and it's a solid 3 hours of fun and sights
This was a very informative three hour tour around Warsaw. You get a different perspective riding through the streets, and it was a great experience. Cars are courteous to bikers and the terrain is relatively flat. Marcin was our guide and he was very informative.
I was in Warsaw for the EuroCrim academic conference and wanted to learn more about the city so I booked this bike tour. I would say the title 'half day tour' is misleading as it is only 2.5 hours, with 30 minutes break in the middle too. My guide was Marcin who is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the City of Warsaw. He took us on an 11 km ride around the city, stopping every 5-10 minutes for an explanation of the location. He provided a great balance of tragedy (Warsaw has endured a great deal) and hope as well as humour. I was asked to be the back-marker to ride behind everyone and although I did not mind doing this, Marcin is a fast rider and there were several slow riders in the group and so we became very spread out on a Saturday afternoon, meaning I got separated from the group a few times. Cycling on the roads and cyclepaths of Warsaw is not easy with so many pedestrians. I would recommend that everyone should wear a cycle helmet (provided but only if you ask). Thank you Marcin for a lovely few hours.
Did a bike tour around Warsaw and it was great. Marcin was our guide and he really knew his stuff, you could tell he loves this city and its history. We'd already been to a few of the spots on our own before the tour, but hearing the stories and context behind them made it worth it anyway. Bikes were in good enough shape, nothing fancy but they worked fine, and the route was easy to follow the whole way. We ended up doing just over 6 miles with about 160ft of climbing over the 3 hours, so a pretty relaxed pace, nothing too strenuous. Good time overall, would recommend if you want more than just the surface level tourist info.
Highly recommend the tour as a way to get to know the city. The guide (Marcin) was clever and informative.
Great way to experience a lot of Warsaw and learn some history along the way. Marcin was a great guide, enthusiastic and knowledgeable with nice sense of humor. Thoroughly enjoyed our excursion. 10/10
Wonderful way to see and learn about this beautiful city. Loved our guide Marcin who had presented the city’s rich history in a very interesting way and had a great sense of humor!
This tour was excellent. Highly recommend. It was the hottest day in history and we still enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide was very informative and patient. A must if you are visiting warsaw!
Loved this ride, would dpo it again, guide Marcin very knowledgeable and friendly. DO not have 100 characters to add.
If you want to learning about the history of Warsaw and some of its famous people this is the tour for you. My guide was very friendly and passionate about the information he shared about the city and some of its famous people. The cycling pace of the tour was good as we weaved around part of the old tour and inner city, it was a great way to see the city over distances.
Excellent way to see many sights in Warsaw. Mancin was easy to understand and provided history and insight to Warsaw’s culture. He explained various attitudes of locals to monuments and sites. Would definitely recommend!
Very well timed. Martin our guide was very engaging and funny. We could see he loves what he does! We Highlight recommend the tour for people who want an out of the ordinary Experience in beautiful Warsaw.
Martin was a great tour guide and showed and taught us so much about the Polish history and culture within the 3 hour tour. Highly recommend this bike tour company!
Marcin our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Warsaw. It was a windy and chilly day but he covered a lot of ground and made the tour very enjoyable. His timing was very good as he got us to the tomb of the unknown soldier and we saw the changing of the guard on the hour.
It was an excellent tour. The descriptions of the various sites was good and interesting. The bikes were in good shape and worked well. I recommend taking this tour; it is a great combination of getting a little exercise, while being able to see more of the city.
great way to explore Warsaw and take in some of the sights and history of the city. a city filled with so much suffering, and revival from it ashes. like all biking tour, I would recommend to take the biking tour and then come back on your own to it.
Bikes are hard to handle. Do not take this tour in weekends, far too many pedestrians to negotiate safely.
No better way to learn about the history, tour the city, and get a little exercise than to do it by bicycle. Jakub was an excellent guide with expert knowledge of the city.
I enjoyed this tour very much. Very informative and you get to see a lot of warsaw in the 3 hours or so. Martin is really knowledgeable guide. I learnt so much.
Amazing tour and history! Marcin was such a good guide! Going to do the other tour they offer. Hidden spots of Warsaw.
Warsaw by bike -- what could be nicer? On a blue-sky August day, we saw so much of the city and heard so much of the history. Well worth adding to your trip!
Great way to see the city and the guide added a ton of great information. The pace was perfect and the bikes were excellent. Not too strenuous for any level of rider. Highly recommend this tour.
This tour was the best! It was a little bit of exercise and tons of sight seeing. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and did not spare any important details when we visited historical sites. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
Amazing ride on the historical and cultural places around Warsaw city centre. Thanks our guide Marcin who did a wonderful job on introducing the historical context behind the architectures (with good humour) and his personal experience growing up in the city. The 3-hour ride is just right for a quick look of the city core and next time i will join a longer tour.
Amazing day with Marcin as a guide . Very well organised!! Learnt more in 3 hours tour than 3 days on my own, visited the most beautiful and important places around the city of Warsaw. Definitely recommend it !!
Great experience. Marcin was an excellent guide! Really an amazing person and professional. On the other hand, bikes are not so confortable and I feel that the price is higher than what it should be. In Krakow we had a 1h longer bike tour, with better bikes, costing 10€ less.
A very fun, informative, and enjoyable morning cycling around town listening to Marcin, our guide, sharing interesting stories and facts about some historical sites. There are many places that I would not have been able to go by myself if not with the bike. Highlight recommend to everyone who's visiting Warsaw and want to explore the city in an active and fun way. The perfect weather helped a lot as well.
Maria was our guide. She was very knowledgeable and made the ride very enjoyable! I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting an overview of Polish history with a nice scenic ride.
Wonderful morning spent sightseeing around Warsaw with Marun. Cycling is definitely a great way to see the city and our guide was fantastic. The tour was very informative and great fun.
We’ve done a walking tour in Warsaw years ago but the cycle tour with Marcin was much better. On bike you can cover a much larger area so you can get a fuller history of the city, and it’s more fun riding around a beautiful city. Marcin was an excellent guide, very passionate about his city and his country. It’s a great way to spend 3 hours 😊
Marcin was excellent. We enjoyed this bike tour. We learned a lot about the history of the city. I would recommend this bike tour.
This was a wonderful tour! We had guests meeting us later and we were able to share the information we learned with them. We also loved the show recommendation for later in the evening!
I had a 8 hour layover in Warsaw and I did this tour in my layover. More than enough time to leave the airport, do the activity and get back. Really loved it. You cover decent ground with bike but it’s not tiring at all. Definitely recommend.
Marcin was an excellent guide and made the tour exciting . Really informative and structured. The biking experience is something anyone can be a part of, calm and took into account everyone in the group.
Great overview of Warsaw. Maria did nice job relating her perspective as Poland shifted from socialism to capitalism…which obviously impacts much of what one sees in Warsaw today.
Super helpful, well paced and great orientation of Warsaw. Highly suggest doing this early to help plan your time in Warsaw and to learn to navigate the bike lanes. Marcin was great, super informative and very fun. I’d do the tour again. We had a mixed group of teens through retirees, all did well.
Bikes were good and r guide Maria was knowledgeable and pleasant. The bike shop offers helmets and bike baskets
Excellent sightseeing with Marcia. Great explanation and visited many sites. Highly recommended. We learned a lot of Polish history from him. Very good experience overall.
We had an excellent tour guide called Marcin. He brought the fascinating history of Warsaw alive! We only had one day in Warsaw but felt the bike tour let us see a lot in the 3 hours.
My sister and I recently took a 3-hour bike tour through Warsaw and couldn’t recommend it more! Our guide, Michal, was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about his city. From the very beginning, Michal made everyone feel welcome and comfortable, regardless of biking experience. The tour covered both well-known landmarks and hidden gems, offering a great mix of Warsaw’s old town charm and its modern vibrancy. What really stood out was Michal’s ability to weave in fascinating historical facts, personal anecdotes, and quirky tidbits that brought the city’s complex past to life. You could tell he genuinely cared about sharing Warsaw’s story in a meaningful way. The pace was relaxed, with plenty of stops for photos and questions. The bikes were in good condition, and the route felt safe and manageable (except for the last little incline 😂) even for casual cyclists. By the end, I felt like I had a deeper understanding of the city and its people. If you’re visiting Warsaw and want an active, informative, and memorable experience, don’t miss this tour!
Excellent tour. Saw many sites in Warsaw. Very good historical descriptions about the different parts of town. Easy pace. Good equipment. Michal was an excellent host.
Fun and educating tour around the city. Easy ride and our tour guide was energetic and enthusiastic. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this tour while visiting Warsaw. I doubt you will find anyone more knowledgable and passionate about the history of Warsaw than our tour guide Marcin. He is a real journalist that is able to capture the breath, culture, and spirit that is Warsaw. You will not be disappointed!
We really enjoyed this bike tour of Warsaw. It was a great way to see the City and the guide was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to.
Very good tour. The guide, Marcin, knew much more than the basic script of the tour and could answer all the questions that came up about the history and current situations in Poland. The guy in the reception is a bit of a shmuck though.
Excellent way to explore Warsaw ! Easy ride apart from the last hill where Madam Curie is greeting you. Marcin is a borne tour guide passionate about Warsaw and Polands history. He keeps your attention throughout the whole tour. Plenty of stops where on each place a story is told. Bikes have 3’gears you can order a small basket upon bike collection if desired.
I would like to start by saying that Michak was a great tour guide. He really knows the city, its history and more. We learned so much and he was happy to answer any questions we had for him. I would say this is a mush tour when you visit Warsaw as it will give you a good overview of the city and help you decide what to cover in more depth later. The major highlights are covered and more. The bike are comfortable. Station Warsaw Tours runs a very nice operation. Highly recommended.
