Excellent educational and itinerary. Paul was my guide and he was extremely pleasant to learn from. I reccomend this tour.

Excellent tour with very detailed historical perspective provided by our guide, Pawel.
Paul is very knowledgeable about the subject. He is also very kind and respectful, giving us time and space to reflect about the Treblinka camp.
Our guide Paul was really friendly and so knowledgeable about topic and the site of Treblinka. It was awful to hear about but important to know. The lunch after was lovely and he recommended some lical dishes. He recommended a visit to the museum of Polish uprising which we went to after and it was a brilliant and gave us some more background knowledge
Pawel had much respect for the Jewish history and the Jews in Poland during WW2 and we really enjoyed the tour. Thank you!
Paul was a brilliant tour guide and brought the valuable experience to life. My 13 year old learnt a lot and became quite invested in learning more. Great recommendations at the restaurant too.
Excellent and with many interesting information provided.
This tour was so much better than I expected. Pawel picked me up from my hotel promptly along with two other parties and provided an exceptional tour rich with history and gave a tailored experience to me and my fellow passengers. We ate at a delicious local Polish restaurant afterwards and had a pleasant trip back to Warsaw. I would absolutely book this tour if you want to learn as much as possible about Treblinka, Polish history, and today’s Poland. A+
Very impressive to go to this site and be impressed by the history that took place there. We were lucky to have a very friendly and knowledgable guide; Jacek. He was patient, flexible and explained the matter very well. Also he was happy to answer each and every question we had. A memorable experience.
Jacek was an excellent and informative tour guide. He collected us from the hotel, took us to a number of sites in Warsaw related to the ghetto and provided us with lots of information both in the car and as we walked. It really gave us a feeling for the history and how the ghetto was, before then driving to Treblinka. Jacek guided us around Treblinka providing a narrative for our walk which made for a moving experience. He then took us to a local restaurant that was a bit of a throwback to the communist era/traditional where he is well known and was able to ensure a lunch that met my wife’s dietary requirements. An excellent guide on a very thought provoking trip and to be recommended.
Pawel, the tour guide was excellent. We learned a lot!
An exceptional tour today from my tour guide Paweł - very knowledgable, engaging and really did a great job supporting me in getting the most out of the visit. Treblinka itself is such a powerful and educational experience. Thanks to Paweł, one that I won’t forget. And that, in my view, is why we should visit these sites.
An excellent experience with a competent guide. Jacek spoke very good English. The luck was also a tasty delight.
Jacek was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able and willing to answer all our questions and gave us plenty of time to soak up the sights. I would highly recommend.
Jacek was terrific! He picked three of us up at the Ghetto War Hero Monument and made three stops related to the ghetto in Warsaw before heading to Treblinka. He gave us a great narration of Treblinka, the Jewish Ghetto as well as historical and present day issues. He did it from both a current event and personal history of events affecting Polish Jewish history. Upon arrival at the museum we watched a movie then headed out to the camp. He guided us to the camp and through the camp. We were allowed as much time as we wished then walked back to the car and headed back to Warsaw. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Jacek, he took us to some important places around Warsaw and was very knowledgeable about WWII and on Treblinka, he was able to answer all our questions! Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend doing this tour!!
We had a knowledgeable and personable guide. He was not prepared for rain, and the lunch was very late. Logistics of touring the site were complicated.
I had a great experience with Marcin who was very knowledge and friendly. The weather was great and it was an eye opening experience to see a camp. Would highly recommend!
The tour was very well organized. Great tour guide and very professional and friendly. He was very descriptive and informative. Treblinka itself was a very sad place to see considering the atrocities. Unfortunately there is not much left to see as it was destroyed but i believe that ot is stil important to see. Thank you
Our guide Ewa made this journey extremely meaningful. Her insights, knowledge and empathy gave us a greater understanding of the horrors of the Holocaust and the brutality of Treblinka Death Camp. She took care and was sensitive to our reactions. The contrast of the beautiful and calm forest and the stunning memorial created a visual artistic expression of the magnitude of the horrors of Treblinka. We will never forget. We highly recommend this tour guide and small group. It allows for you to be silent and emotionally reflect in your own way as you bear Inness to the atrocities.
Our tour guide was honest and incredible. A local who grew up shortly after these events during the Solviet Occupation and as both very passionate and knowledgeable.
We had an amazing trip with Pawel, he is very knowledgeable and helpful, strongly recommended. the trip was good and informative.
Paweł was a fantastic guide - very informative and polite. He took care and attention in showing us around both Warsaw and Treblinka. Lunch was delicious, as well!
Jacek was amazing and engaging throughout the tour. It was sobering to see the scale of what happened and Jacek was extremely knowledgeable.
A very informative trip and close to Warsaw. Our guide (Jacek) was great fun and knowledgeable. We ended our tour with a traditional Polish lunch (they catered for my vegetarian dietary requirements ++). Definitely recommend!
Fab trip. Jaceak was amazing. Lots of knowledge and answered any questions we had. Despite it being such an emotional day, it was made easy with Jaceak explaining everything.
We enjoyed the Treblinka museum. out guide Jack was very knowledgeable and told us all the history of the concentration camp we also enjoyed our lunch.
My tour guide Artur, picked me up from my hotel at the alloted time. Whilst he drove to Treblinka he gave me a laptop with 2 programs to watch about The Warsaw Ghetto and Treblinka. Artur was professional all the way from beginning to end. The tour was interesting and poignant. As a treat Artur took me to a typical local restaurant and recommended me to try the dish of the day. It was delicious. I highly recommend this tour.
A trip every person interested in WW2 history should do. It was such a reflective, humbling experience. It felt like we were the only ones there which was great for an introvert Iike me. However I wish more people knew about this important tragic piece of history Jacek our guide was incredibly friendly and passionate about the history of his country. He went above and beyond to ensure we saw all the parts of the site. Traditional Polish lunch in a rural town was also interesting. An experience I will never forget.
Jacek was a friendly and informative guide, taking us to several significant locations in Warsaw before the drive to Treblinka. The tour was laid-back and private, and Jacek was great at answering our questions and having good conversation. After Treblinka we went to lunch at a small Cafe nearby and the food was excellent and tasted home-cooked. The experience was well worth it and a good deal for the cost.
Our fantastic, knowledgeable tour guide, Jacek, gave us a great tour of not only Treblinka but the related areas and monuments in Warsaw. Would highly recommend anyone with even the slightest interest to take this tour and learn about this important history. Also, the local restaurant we went to after served incredible, local cuisine that was out of this world delicious.
This was an exceptional tour thanks to JACEK. He was extremely professional, endlessly knowledgeable, and very kind. The level of sincerity JACEK conveyed the information showed he really wanted us to understand. He made sure we had a complete experience even when he was feeling the effects of the weather. Seeing the edge of the ghetto wall and the Umschlagplatz in Warsaw set the tone, but walking the grounds of Treblinka was at another level. If you can take any tour in Poland, then take it with JACEK.
We had Jacek for our tour and he was the best. He was very knowledgeable and was explained everything very well. I highly recommended this tour to anyone else wanting to see Treblinka and the other sites are Warsaw.
Very informative and moving. Jacek was a great tour guide. Long ride from the city, but worth it. New museum being built nearby, which should make the visit even better.
This was an excellent tour and I’m glad we had a guide. This was a lot of walking for my elderly mother so keep that in mind if you have anyone in your party with limited mobility. Great stop for lunch.
The tour to Treblinka with my thirty year old son* greatly exceeded my expectations. Jacek Jaron was a skilled, warm, and expert tour guide who paced the experience perfectly. In addition, he had just the right amount of sensitivity and kindness when I became emotionally overwhelmed at the monument. I honestly believe it was his personality and expertise that made it such a superb experience. I will strongly recommend this tour to family and friends. * I couldn't choose traveling with an adult child as an option for "Who was with you?'
A most excellent tour from start to finish. Loved the traditional lunch! The guide/driver Wojteck, was superb! Excellent information delivered with passion.
Thanks a lot to our guide Jacek who did a great job! He was really involved, and shared with us his knowledge and his love to his country's history. We were a group of five and everyone was really impressed by the quality of his interventions. It's difficult to write what a guided tour in Treblinka gives to someone, but it is in any case a strong experience.
Jake was very knowledgeable, friendly, and comfortable to be in his presence. I was able to learn a lot from him and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He definitely has a fun side to him as well!
Our guide, Jacek, was friendly and very knowledgeable. Pick up from Warsaw was on time. I would recommend this trip.
Our tour guide was the best . His name is Woktek . Took us around the city and to Treblinka . Sorry I was unable to down load pictures
This was an excellent tour. Tour guide/driver was knowledgeable and spoke wonderful English. The tour was informative and profound. This is a very hard tour to guide I am sure, but he did a wonderful job. He was sensitive, knowledgeable, and provided a great deal of insight and context.
Booked a solo tour with AB Poland to visit Treblinka, but also included an airport drop-off. The tour, led by Jacek, was fantastic and very moving. His knowledge of the surrounding area, and Poland in general, is astounding. Saw many things I didn't expect and learned a lot. The portion of the tour through Treblinka was something all people should experience just to see and gain a greater understanding of the depths of evil that can be found in the human soul. At the same time, hearing the survivors' stories was a haunting experience. The tour was very well arranged from start to finish. I had an early afternoon flight, so the tour was tailored accordingly. There were several places we saw once back in Warsaw which were also very interesting. Jacek was a great guide, very engaging, friendly, and well-read. Had a delicious local lunch and discussed many interesting topics including current events and the Polish perspective. Very glad to have taken this tour. Looking forward to touring with AB Poland again soon. To avoid rush hour morning traffic on any tour, it's advisable to depart at 0800 vice the normally listed 0900 departure. We did this and saved a lot of time.
The Tour was very interesting. The guide brought us to 2 different places in Warsaw, linked with the Jewish history of the country. The commemorative monuments, the museum (including small documentaries) and the guides’ explanations enabled us to imagine the camp. Our guide was named Jacek. He was great and really nice! He explained a lot of historical facts. He spoke English very good and slowly (it was quite easy to understand and discuss with him). We had a Polish lunch (dumplings) which was good. It worth it!
Our guide Jacek arrived at our hotel at the pickup time. He was very chatty and friendly as we drove to Treblinka. Once at the Treblinka site we first looked around the museum and our guide explained the displays, their significance and then organised for us to watch some short films. Jacek waited for us outside, allow my wife and I to take our time and not feel rushed. We then walked to the camp. Jacek was constantly explaining what we were seeing, marked by various stones or displays. We felt that having Jacek describe, highlight the horrors that occurred at Treblinka helped to make our visit extra special, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. On the way back we stopped at the restaurant for lunch which was delicious. Strongly recommend.
Our guide Jacek (Jake) was wonderful!....His ability and wealth of knowledge to explain Jewish History of Warsaw and little anecdotes with humour made this a very special and memorable journey. I was so very pleased with the memorials and areas he took us to in Warsaw before we left to go to Treblinka. It gave us a more personal perspective for the journey ahead. Where Treblinka is concerned....I have no words. I can only imagine that each individual that visits a site like this has their own personal response to it. I can only say that if you are in the position to go then you should go...it is sacred ground that will be etched in your memory always. I recommend this tour as a must see and give my utmost respect and gratitude to Jacek for his passion...his knowledge so readily shared and his compassion for his people and all human beings alike. Thank you!
This trip was very well organised. I was promptly picked up from my hotel and dropped off afterwards where I wanted which was old town Warsaw, the driver recommended that I visit the Royal Castle which I did which also was very good. The driver was informative and helpful. Full of the history of the surrounding area. Though a tough place to visit Treblinka, it is well worth it as this needs to be remembered. It is simply and respectively kept.
The tour guide name was Jacek and he was very professional polile well informed educated and a fun person to be with. The car was big and could accomodate all our luggage as we had landed from the airport. The tour operators are very promt and helful. Would definitely recomend to others
Was in Poland for a conference, and a day to spend to digg a little bit into polish history. Even though it was a very "heavy" excursion with some dark sides to history I am happy to have seen this as well. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and did his best to answer my many questions. And be adviced - If you don't know your WW2 history 100 % there will be a lot of questions. As I understand from our guide a lot of young people are coming up from Israel, in order to understand jewish history. All well, and fine, but with genocides in Rwanda, Yugoslavia etc. I think we all have something to learn here - whether you are israeli, polish, german or something else. My take home message: Well, incomprehensible. And as gods childrens - yes we are all gods children .. we have to make this a nicer place, not create more horrors. My fifty cents of wisdoms. But take the trip and see it for yourself! And try to figure it out yourself!
We found AB Poland through the tourist information centre in the Market Square in Warsaw. From the moment we booked it, everything was a seamless process. Jacek our tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We had a short tour round the centre of Warsaw and then headed off to Treblinka. It is definitely worth a visit, the museum is very interesting, they play a short video for you. We then went to the Memorials and it is truly something to see. Jacek was extremely patient and there was no question he was unable to answer. Following the tour we went for lunch, all included in the price. We would definitely recommend AB Poland and would use them again for any trips.
