Excellent trip! The driver, Paul, was great at communicating before pickup and during the trip; plenty of interesting stories and discussions on the long drives! My guide at the forest, Joao, seemed to know everything about everything and was happy to talk about whatever caught my eye, ear, or thought. The two of them turned what could have just been a long drive to a walk in the woods into a wonderful day out!

Jacek was amazing guide and driver, a big smile since we met until the end. A lot of knowledge and big heart.
Fantastic tour and driver. The forest was fantastic
This is an excellent place where you can find unique experiences. Totally worth it. Just attention for the temperature and others weather conditions, it’s not an easy place during winter if you are not prepared with the right equipment. Special thanks for the driver Jacek for the outstanding service and knowledge, wich was very important during this journey . The guide Barbara also gave a detailed explanation of the situation inside of this forest and biodiversity and others great insights, which was really important for the immersion in the ecosystem . Excellent professional.
The national park was truly spectacular and our guide was so knowledgeable telling us all about the local birds and trees.
It were an amazing adventure! Paul’s make a smooth ride and everything better! The food and the service were excellent also! I 100% would recommend this to my friends!!!
We had a great trip (couple 30s). Pawel was our driver and Joanna our guide in the forest. We were picked up from hotel on time. Just the 2 of us (very off peak in mid November). Walk through the national park was great, we saw plenty of birds and a wild Bison at the end. Joanna was lovely and we learned lots about the local plants/animals. Great lunch, lots of vegetarian options. Definitely wrap up warm, we had a little bit of snow.

Amazing tour, one of the most incredible forest I ever see! And an excellent driver, Pawel, who exceeded all our expectations and made us feel confortable (he speaks very good spanish!) and safe.
Awesome trip, we visit many interesting places with explenations and background. The food was excelent. Fully recomended.
The trip was lovely from start to finish! The driver was very kind and a great story teller. The national park guide was nothing short of inspiring. Seriously. I’ll never look at fallen trees the same way again, and I feel like I’ve learned more about forests and ecology in just three short hours than I had in my entire life up until this point. The guide was also good at answering every question I had in a very detailed way. I’d give him ten stars if I could. The only problems came before the tour. Less than 24 hours before the tour began, the operator sent me a message saying that I must pay an extra 100 Euro because I was a solo traveler, or else I could take a trip to Auschwitz instead of the national park trip that I’d booked. This was quite shocking, because the cost that I paid for the tour was already half of my monthly salary, and I assumed that I wouldn’t be allowed through viators system to book a tour at anything other than the correct price. The organizer did listen to my concerns and eventually gave me the tour that I’d booked at the price I’d paid for it. However, it’s something to be aware of if you’re a solo traveler. To the operator, I hope you can update your Viator listing to either not allow solo travelers or to charge them the price you hope they will be paying from the beginning. Nobody likes to be surprised at the last minute with extra charges, and just the idea of a trip to Auschwitz that I wasn’t emotionally prepared for when what I wanted to see was trees and cute animals was quite upsetting.
Both our guide and driver were wonderful. The preserve is gorgeous and well worth the drive from Warsaw. Bring bug spray or wear thick socks—the mosquitoes are everywhere and I got bitten through my socks!
Very well organized trip. We have learned so much about primal-forest concept and, in addition, about Polish culture and diversity (Greek-orthodox east and Catholic majority, Polish-Belorussian-Russian relations, migrants, etc.). The included lunch was wonderful - typical for the area and delicious. Drive was comfortable, our driver was very nice. Do not expect too much in the forest landscape-vise - the point is in the lessons. Be aware that bison are not to be seen in the forest and that they are shy in the show reserve (mainly visible in the distance). Hybrid of a bison and domestic cow is, in contrast, surprisingly large and less shy, so you will have a chance to see it from a short distance. There is only one place in the Europe where European bison have survived - that is in Bialowieza National Park; therefore, there is no other tour that might replace the facts related to this. AB Poland was the most affordable for the same service. We recommend it!
Not as many animals this time of year but the tour guides Kevin and Barbara were wonderful (very knowledgeable and friendly). The lunch was delicious, traditional Polish food.
We had a fantastic time visiting the national park. Our driver/guide Kevin was extremely friendly and helpful and overall a lovely chap. Thanks again Kevin! One thing worth noting is the drive from Warsaw to the Park is just over 3 hours so take drinks and snacks with you.
The tour was very interesting. Kevin, our guide, take care of us every moment. The visit to the forest was amazing. I'll repeat if I can, no doubt.
Everything was really well organized, from the car to the driver, the guide, accomodation, etc... AB Poland was quite proactive in engaging with me regularly prior the trip and prompt to provide feedback whenever required. During the trip, the driver was very knowlegeable about things to see, where to stop, and the background / history of each sites. We had also two guided tours (with the same guide from the national park) in the Bialowiesa Forest and in a early morning tour to observe Bisons. The guide was really really good. Extremely passionate about his work and to share info about the plant and animals. Thanks to his knowledge, we managed to spot roughly 60 bisons in total. Finally the accomodation and restaurants picked by AB Poland were really great. Highly recommended!
This was my favorite day in Poland. Our driver met us right at our hotel, and it was a relaxing drive to the Bialowieza National Park. We first stopped at the reserve to see the animals native to the forest which was really fun and interesting. We were then driven to meet our guide for a hike in the forest. He was fantastic and we learned so much about the plants and animals there. When we returned to the car we were taken to see the czars restaurant and hunting lodge. We then went to a charming restaurant for a delicious lunch. After this we were driven back to Warsaw and let off at our hotel. It was great to get out of the city and be in nature for a day. I highly recommend this tour
The tour organized by AB Poland Travel was very interesting. I booked a shared tour, but there were no more travelers (it was a weekday in February), so I went in a car with Karol (driver) and Magda (guide). The journey was very pleasant and the visit to the forest with Mateusz, the guide of the national park, very interesting and enjoyable, with explanations about flora, fauna and conservation. The strict Bialowieza reserve was closed to the public due to the border crisis with Belarus, but we visited the forested areas adjacent to the reserve. During the visit we saw deer, a fox and a multitude of birds. Then Mateusz showed me the different animals that serve in semi-freedom in the reserve. After that visit, we went to eat at a traditional Polish restaurant, and returning to the hotel we stopped to visit an Orthodox shrine. A very complete day, always accompanied by Magda and Karol, both very friendly and enjoyable.
Beware!!️ Do not confuse park to see bison with nature park. The day trip is very well organized, driver and guide perfect but for a 4-hour walk in a primary forest to discover the flora of a forest left natural for 50 years and not to see bison that are wild animals on much more distant lands. The subject is to see an environment without any human intervention, free. We stop 45m in a mini zoo where are kept some bison, a wolf, a lynx, 3/4 deer, a deer and four deer.
We took this tour very spontaneously. We really wanted to go to the national park and with this tour it seemed like the easiest experience for us. The pickup was on time and the ride to the zoo was peaceful. There we had 1.5h available before lunch came. We were allowed to order from the card what we wanted, for two people were 90 zloty. Afterwards we went with a guide to the protected part of the forest. The tour was informative and exciting. At the end, the old train station was visited and we were given an hour of free time in the village. Then we drove home. Total duration approx. 13 hours.
