My husband and I went for a quick trip to Poland just for this tour. We loved it. The private car option was worth the money in my opinion. Comfortable ride there and back and a nice lunch afterwards. It was nice having tickets to both sites included in the price and made for an easy process getting in and out. I would recommend.

I must say that this was one of the best tours I've ever taken. My driver, Piotr Szumowski, was absolutely amazing. Although it was just the two of us for the entire journey—about three and a half hours each way—he kept me engaged the whole time with meaningful conversation. What stood out most was his extensive knowledge of the local area, Warsaw, and the history of the Holocaust and Auschwitz. He is an incredibly intelligent and well-informed person, and I learned so much from our discussions. Piotr made me feel like a VIP throughout the experience. He was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable—even opening doors for me like a true VIP. If you enjoy private tours where it's just you or a small group, I highly recommend this tour. It was an unforgettable experience.

Magda @ABPoland made our trip memorable in several ways. Her recommendations for traditional Polish food were excellent. With her help, we ate at a milk bar for lunch—fast food that’s not manufactured—and also enjoyed Zapiekanka in the center city with our driver, Marcin. Marcin and Bruno, our guide for our tour of Karkow, were friendly knowledgeable and fluent in English (as well as other languages). Seeing both Auchwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mines on the same day would not have been possible without Magda’s expert assistance. Our driver, Marchin, kept our bags in his car so we did not have to lug them around. In Krakow, Bruno was amazing. From the Wawel castle to showing us architectural details from the medieval, renaissance and baroque periods we had a history lesson while strolling through the city and along the river. Our guide Jackek was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful and the trip and experience was good . However I would advise caution about booking with this company. I had booked a shared tour & I let them know I was flexible over a four day period to share the trip. I received an email the evening before to inform me that I was required to pay an additional fee for a private tour or the trip would not be confirmed. I had the same experience for a second tour to Bialowieza National Park. I was given a decent reduction after communicating how upset I was but still had to pay over €200 more for my son & I. So according to AB Poland over this week I was the only client in Warsaw for shared tours to Auschwitz Memorial &. Bialowieza National Park. Draw your own conclusion

My friends and I booked a spontaneous trip to Warsaw, Poland, without any set plans, and AB Poland Travel truly came through for us with a last-minute booking to Auschwitz. They picked us up directly from our Airbnb in a clean, comfortable Mercedes-Benz. Our driver, Pawel, was not only punctual but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke perfect English and Spanish and began sharing fascinating historical insights during the drive, he was so engaging that we actually thought he was our tour guide! The Auschwitz tour itself was a deeply moving and sobering experience, an essential visit for any history enthusiast or anyone seeking to truly understand what happened there during World War II. After the tour, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Polish lunch with Pawel, which was the perfect way to end the day. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking the luxury car option if you’re traveling from Warsaw. The drive takes a little over three hours each way (without traffic), so it’s well worth enjoying the journey in comfort.

Auschwitz Day Tour from Warsaw my private car including lunch was good. The private driver, Martil* was punctual and courteous, as well as helpful. The Auschwitz staff/guides have the tours well organized. Lunch was delicious Tip for travelers/tourist: try to book while in advance or be prepared to pay extra, as in almost double.

Our tour was amazing and our drivers and guides took very good care of us. It was wonderful having all the stress taken out of figuring out how to get to Alschwitz from Warsaw (and getting tickets) and that helped us to just enjoy the amazing tour. All in all it was a great and filling day and I would recommend this tour!

The driver was super friendly and knowledgeable - a great driver. The stops on the way to and from were perfect. The vehicle was super spacious and clean. The restaurant for lunch was delicious with a lot of options. Would definitely recommend this trip to a small group of friends.

What a somber and eye-opening experience! Our driver, Pawel, picked us on time and we drove about 3.5 hours to Auschwitz. Pawel was very pleasant and courteous. We arrived there about an hour before our allotted time. We had a traditional polish lunch. The driver will get you right to the gates where the tour starts. The tour consists of two parts. The first part is Auschwitz I. This is the first part of the camp with many political prisoners, Jewish and Roma people, poles, soviets … etc. the tour here is about 1.5 to 2 hours long and has different exhibitions in the original buildings. Then the driver will pick you up and take you to the second part which is about 3 km away, Auschwitz-Birknau or Auschwitz II. This where extermination of the European Jews took place. The tour is about an hour. Then you drive back to Warsaw. Brace yourself for a very emotional and heartwrenching scenes. I believe everyone should visit this place.

We paid extra for the Private tour but ended up in a group with 10 other people, so I'm not sure it was worth the extra expense to just be in a slightly smaller group.

Incredible. I am a solo traveler and signed up for a group tour with this company. Kevin coordinated and drove us to Auschwitz and Krakow. He was extremely professional, personable, and courteous. He picked me up on time and the dropoff was seamless. It was a very long day and we saw a lot. I had very limited time and am glad that a Warsaw pickup was an option. I felt safe the entire time and highly recommend this tour for those who are short on time. Poland has a deep and rich history. Kevin was great, I would happily book another tour with him.

We were 17 friends traveling by Europe. When we stayed in Warsovia we got one day free time. So 7 of us decided to visit Auschwitz just one day prior . As we did not have enough time, we decided to research on internet about how to get to Auschwitz. We would have a lot of dificulties by getting there by train. So we found out AB Poland trips on internet and we booked a private car . We were afraid of not having availability or tickets enough . However the Ab Poland managed all the factors and turned the trip possible. The following morning our guide Kevin arrived on time and drove us to Salt Mine and Auschwitz. He was nice, polite , a good driver and always care about our needs . He had no problem related to loyalty , improper charges or professionalism of Ab Poland .

I booked this tour through the hotel concierge the day before. The tour start time was not too early in the morning, which was nice.It was very easy because they came to the hotel where we were staying. The driver, Jasper, was very good. He came on time for pick up, drove safe but speedy. His English is very good. I would recommend this tour.

We had a great time. The driver arrived at the exact time it was scheduled. The people who organized the tour were very gentle with us, we had time to take breakfast before the tour and it was a great experience. Michal and Viktor were great with us.

My friend and I booked the trip to Auschwitz and Konewka, we enjoyed it very much! Karol was very professional, and we had a good conversation with him about Poland in general. Konewka was such an amazing site, the local tour guide was very knowledgable even though he spoke only Polish; we understood most of it thanks to Karol's translation. Konewka is worthwhile visiting on the way back from Auschwitz, overall it was an amazing trip.

My private tour from Warsaw to Auschwitz-Birkenau started early when my driver Sylwia picked me up at the hotel for the four hour drive to the camp area. She was most interesting! She has incredible knowledge about Poland - politics, education, and life in general of the Polish people, as well as the history of Auschwitz. This tour will certainly be one of my most monumental memories. It's nearly impossible to describe unless you have been there. Sylwia made this horrific site tolerable through her understanding of the history of the camp and excellent communication skills. This tour was very well worth the drive through the beautiful country of Poland.

The tour is very worthwhile, it is a place you must know at least once in your life to really understand what the prisoners went through. Also our private driver was very friendly and attentive. I'm taking very fond memories.
