Cesar was amazing. It was one of the best tours i've ever had. He showed me much more than Old Town. I have seen the palaces with beautiful gardens, statue of Copernicus and house of Marie Curie. We also had luck to see ceremony of changing the guard by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. I highly recommend the tour with Cesar.

Itinerary
The Old Town is not only the historical part of Warsaw. It must be remembered that until the end of the 18th century, Warsaw included only the Old Town, so called Old Warsaw. The New Town, formerly known as New Warsaw, was incorporated later. Previously, these were two separate cities, each of them had its own coat of arms. Old Warsaw Mermaid, New Warsaw Lady with a Unicorn. During our trip we will see, among others, the column of King Sigismund III Vasa in front of the Royal Castle, formerly the castle of Masovian dukes. From there, we will go to the Cathedral of St. John, where we will see the tombs of Masovian dukes. We will visit the Museum of Warsaw where we can admire the historic mermaid, saved from the Warsaw Uprising. We will go through the Barbican, which was the former fortification separating New and Old Warsaw. We will see the historic bell at the Kanonia square. Finally, we will see Chopin’s heart embedded in the Church of the Holly Cross.

Caesar is an amazing tour guide and historian. He knows not only the history from the beginning of Warsaw to the present day but the history of all of Poland and how it integrates into the world at large. Caesar pointed out many important things that helped us understand Poland that we would have not noticed otherwise. In a few short hours I felt like I had gained an understanding of Poland. He is a great guide. We highly recommend!
Cesar was just awesome answering all questions and curiosities without hesitation! He was so thorough and thoughtful throughout would highly recommend!
Excellent tour. Cesar was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great way to learn about the old town.
Had a lovely walking tour with Cesar. I was only in Warsaw for 36 hours so I was hoping to be able to get a good sense of the old and new city while I was there. I was very happy with the experience and felt like I learned a good amount about the history of Warsaw and current culture on this tour.
Amazing time! He is really such an awesome and special guide! You can tell he really loves his job and that made it so enjoyable for me! I would recommend a million times over
Cesar was very informative and knowledgeable with a deep fondness for his city of Warsaw. Thank you so much for your clear communication, attention to detail and guidance. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
A very rich and thoughtfully designed tour through Warsaw’s Old Town and Krakowskie Przedmieście. It combines essential landmarks - the Royal Castle, St. John’s Cathedral, the Barbican, Kanonia and the Old Town Square - with atmospheric historical stories and local symbols. The route also extends naturally toward the Holy Cross Church, Warsaw University, the Presidential Palace and the Copernicus Monument, giving visitors a broader sense of Warsaw’s identity. An excellent choice for anyone who wants more than a standard walk: history, legends, architecture and memory in one compact experience.
Cesar is a very nice guy and a terrific guide with an encyclopedic knowledge of Warsaw, the new and the old, reconstruction, the Uprising, the wars, etc. My wife and I had a terrific walk with him around the old and new towns (of course, even the new town is incredibly old). I highly recommend visiting Warsaw as it's clean, friendly and beautiful, and hiring Cesar to really understand the history of this amazing place
The tour i took was great. My guide told me a lot of facts about Warsaw. We saw the Old and New Town. After we went through the Royal Road with old churches and historical hotel Bristol. Also we saw the church with the Chopin heart. It was unforgetable experience.
Very interesting citysights with interesting historical information and details by Cesar.
I wanted to see Warsaw with a guide in order to notice actually what can be seen. I felt the guide adapted the program to our interests. Very special to be in the crypt of one of the churches and to feel the aura of the Newtown. Take good walking shoes because you are making miles.
A walk through the Old Town with the guide, Mr Cezary Gembarzewski, was a really great experience and definitely worth recommending to everyone. From the very beginning, you could feel the professionalism and passion of the guide, who was able to talk about history, architecture and local curiosities in an extremely interesting way. The itinerary was well planned - it included the most important sights, but also less obvious places that would be difficult to get to on your own. As a result, the tour was not a boring "ticking off points", but a real journey through time. I particularly enjoyed the anecdotes and stories from the lives of former residents, which gave the whole walk a unique atmosphere. The atmosphere was also a huge plus - everything was done in a relaxed, friendly manner, with opportunities to ask questions and short breaks for photos or a rest. The guide was able to adapt the pace to the group, which made everyone feel comfortable. All in all, it was a very worthwhile and enjoyable tour. Ideal for both first-time visitors and those who want to rediscover the city. Definitely recommended!
Cesar is a fantastic tour guide , well equipped with knowledge about anything related to the history, not just of the warsaw old town but also the rich history of poland.
The Guide is exceptional, great knowledge, very educational tour for my family. Highly recommended.

Saw also the uprisings museu of the Warsaw town and the ghetto’s, the churches and castles. I do reccomend the visit. And was impressed eith the guide.
What I loved most was that our guide didn’t just list historical events — he told stories about the people who lived here. The old photos on his tablet, his wit, and his deep knowledge made Warsaw’s past feel close and real.
I expected a typical sightseeing tour, but this was something else. Our guide showed us hidden corners, explained how the city was rebuilt, and even shared personal memories from his family. It felt honest, emotional and beautifully told.
The tour guide was great. He had a real gift of telling about history and monuments. Thanks to him i fallen in love with renessaice tenement houses in the Old Town Square. Now i know why Old Town is signed on the list of UNESCO.
Thanks to my guide i learned a lot about Warsaw. He had a real gift telling about history and monuments. I fallen in love in reneissance tenement houses. I didnt know everthing was rebuilt after the war with all details. Know i know why Old Town is on the UNESCO list.

Very professional! Full of interesting topics. Beautiful city, full of tpuching history. Will definitely recommend Cezar to our friends abroad!
As a tourist I never thought Warsaw could be such beautiful and interesting place. The tour was really educational and profesional.
I thought I knew Warsaw, especially the Old Town - I was wrong. When I took a walk in Warsaw with a guide named Cezary, I saw the same places in a different light. I learned a lot of history about these places and the people associated with them. I am impressed. I recommend it.
I thought I knew the Old Town well, but now, this great guide has shown me that I was wrong. I now perceive the Sigismund's Column and the Royal Castle differently. I am rediscovering the streets, tenements, and noticing symbols that I hadn’t seen before. It was a true experience. I recommend it.
It was excellent Cezary was a terrific guide, extremely knowledgeable and very personable . Took his time explaining all and giving me the history behind it all
I had an incredible tour tour guide was extremely informative and gave me an extremely detailed tour of Warsaw. I would recommend home without reservation. 5 star tour thank you. Sam Griben
Warsaw's Old Town is a charming and beautifully restored historic district. Walking through its cobbled streets, I felt like I stepped back in time. The colorful townhouses, Royal Castle, and lively Market Square created a unique atmosphere full of history and character. Despite the crowds, it was peaceful and captivating. A must-see for anyone visiting Warsaw.
It was really great tour. I had really nice time. Our guide told me a lot about history of the city. We saw the Old Town, Saxon Gardens, historical hotel Bristol and many other monuments.
The old Town Warsaw (Stare Miasto) is a place you should not miss. It has very nice places and amazing historical details. The host is very nice and available and has incredible knowledge to share.
Was really interesting time. It was a history lesson either. I learned about Old Town with its legends and traditions. Also we saw house of madame Curie. Highly recommend.
I was the only one in this tour but the guide, Cesar, was nonetheless very attentive and patient with all my questions. The tour was like three hours and he brought me through much of Warsaw’s old and new districts. Be prepared for good insights to Warsaw’s history.
Cezary told the history of individual palaces and tenement houses. sometimes funny and scary, but very interesting. I don't know where he gets all this information!
The tour with Mr. Cezary Gembarzewski through the Old Town of Warsaw was absolutely fantastic! Mr. Cezary is a man of immense historical knowledge who can tell the story of Warsaw's past in a fascinating way. His excellent English and sense of humor made the tour not only informative but also very enjoyable. Additionally, his punctuality and courtesy made this tour a unique experience. I highly recommend exploring Warsaw in the company of this gentleman!
Świetna wycieczka i dobrze zorganizowana.
Pan Cezary pokazał mi wiele pięknych kamieniczek i kościołów. Naprawdę warto się wybrać.
