Warsaw Presidential Hotel

I had a massage at the Spa Center with Alicja, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. She is extremely professional, kind, and truly talented at what she does. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. A special thank you to Alicja for her warm attitude, professionalism, and amazing massage. I had wanted to stay at the Presidential Hotel Warsaw ever since I was a child. It was the first skyscraper I ever saw in Warsaw, so finally staying here felt a little special. For me, this is the best hotel in Warsaw, and I’ve stayed in quite a few over the years. We booked the Corner Suite on the 32nd floor, and the views were simply breathtaking. Looking out over the Palace of Culture and Science and the surrounding city skyline was worth it alone. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, and easily accommodated us. It even had a pull-out sofa, although we didn’t need to use it. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The wellness facilities are excellent. The gym is modern, spotless, and equipped with high-quality machines. The pool area feels luxurious, and having both an infrared sauna and a traditional Swedish sauna was a great touch (I couldn’t resist the traditional one!). The changing rooms, showers, and lockers were all impeccably clean. Breakfast deserves a special mention. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. The variety was incredible, and there were so many options that we couldn’t possibly try everything. The rooftop bar is an absolute must. Fantastic cocktails paired with incredible panoramic views over Warsaw make it the perfect place to spend an evening. The lobby bar downstairs is also well worth visiting, with a relaxing atmosphere and equally friendly staff. And then there’s the location. You really can’t beat it. It’s directly opposite Warsaw Central Station, only a short walk to Złote Tarasy, and within easy reach of the Old Town and many of Warsaw’s major attractions. I do have two suggestions that I hope the hotel considers. For a five-star hotel, I was surprised the room only offered instant coffee rather than a proper coffee machine. Secondly, the hotel encourages guests to be environmentally friendly by reusing towels, but there was nowhere practical to hang them to dry. A heated towel rail or a retractable drying line over the bathtub would make a big difference. Overall, this was an outstanding stay and a hotel I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Warsaw. We’ll definitely be back next year, and I hope to see those small improvements because everything else was exceptional.

Amazing location, we had a very relaxing evening in the pool and sauna. Bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Definitely recommend staying here for a night when visiting Warsaw, especially as a couple, its very romantic.

My husband and I recently stayed 9 nights at this hotel for a special convention. We were kindly welcomed and accommodated by the staff. This hotel is clean, comfortable and centrally located. The breakfast is delicious and has many options. We enjoyed dinner here one night and enjoyed having drinks on the 40th floor with a view. There are many sights within walking distance. However the train, tram and bus stops are all close by. Additionally, Bolt or Uber is very easy to use and they will pick you up right in front of the hotel. I would stay here again if I can make it back to Warsaw in the future. Many thanks!
