Very nice from the moment you open main door to the building, as the main stairs corridor is very nicely kept. ( like home)
We got apartment nr 1 and I must admit I liked very much. It has everything what you need for your stay. Big comfortable bad, nice bathroom & small kitchenette.
It is very clean, big tumb up to cleaning ladies.
The breakfast is starved in Vincent Coffee just a few meters away and it is fresh, tasty, with good variety & good coffee. Make sure you try Jagodzianka as a desert.

Nice and cozy room, warm and having all the necessary amenities. Perfect location for strolling to all the places that a tourist wants to see. We had an excellent stay. The room was exactly as described.

Really impressed with this place would highly recommend for single or couple travellers.
I initially left a blank 1-star rating out of sheer frustration, but the host's horrific behavior since then both publicly and privately warrants a full explanation to warn future guests.
My partner and I arrived exhausted after a 13-hour flight with a lot of heavy luggage. We were shocked to find out our room was on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATOR. This crucial detail is buried in the 'accessibility' section on Booking.com rather than stated prominently in the property description where it belongs. There was no staff on-site to assist us when we arrived.
Frustrated, I left a 1-star rating without a comment. Instead of acting professionally, the host replied to my Google review with an aggressive, sarcastic rant.
Far worse, the host then took my personal phone number and messaged me privately on WhatsApp. After sarcastically mocking my review, the host sent an explicitly xenophobic and discriminatory message, writing: "Ah I already know the nationality! well yes! what could be expected!" (Screenshots attached).
A hidden third-floor walk-up is an inconvenience, but a host who harasses guests and resorts to racist, discriminatory insults in private messages is dangerous and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.
