The Sheraton Warsaw is in an excellent location—close to everything and situated in one of the city’s nicest and most attractive areas. However, if rest and relaxation are part of what you are looking for on your holiday, this may not be the right hotel for you. Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, there is virtually no soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor. Anyone walking past sounds as though they are actually inside your room, and every door closing anywhere on the floor seems to shake the walls. The constant clinking of glass bottles on the housekeeping trolleys will quickly put an end to any hope of a short afternoon nap. Even at night, whether you manage to get a good night’s sleep seems to depend largely on luck And if all of this is not enough - take into Consideration some construction works and driling

A good choice for a Warsaw city break with a reliable level of comfort. With some modernisation and attention to the finer details, the Sheraton Grand could easily justify its grand name more convincingl ✓ WHAT WORKED WELL Early check-in was a great touch — we were able to access our room ahead of the official time, which made a real difference after an early arrival and set a positive tone for the stay. The room was clean and comfortable — a solid base for a city break. The location is convenient, sitting around 20–25 minutes on foot from the city centre and the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, making it easy to explore Warsaw without needing transport for every trip. Staff were professional and the overall stay was smooth with no issues. ✗ ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT There were some water stain marks on the ceiling in one corner of the room — likely from a past leak. No damp smell or mould was present, but it is the kind of cosmetic detail that should have been addressed before the room was let out.
I booked a suit with club access for two nights for my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to see a birthday note, cake and bottle of Champaign waiting for me. I never mentioned my birthday and it was a solo trip. They didn’t allow early check in at all (tried about 30 min early). Room was very large and spacious. The club access food was good, they promptly had it out at 6. The drinks are self serve. I had booked a third night separately to use a delta card credit in a basic room, and was surprised they kept me in the suit for the extra night (without club access). The breakfast has A LOT of options, including made to order omelets. The location isn’t super close to trains, but an easy walk.
I stayed with my partner in this hotel and it was very nice. It is welcoming, quiet and the bufet for breakfast is nice. The room was very spacious. The only downside is that it is not super close to the centre but also not very far to be completely fair. The internet in the room did not work at times. Another point to mention is that It is also full of business people rather than tourists.
We stayed during the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The hotel is elegant and well-located near the historic part of the city, easily accessible on foot. The welcome was exceptional, and the children even had a fun treasure hunt with a surprise. The breakfast was very well-organized, with a buffet always full of delicious dishes. The presence of an Italian restaurant is a great plus. The hotel staff is always friendly and smiling. The quality of the food has improved significantly since our previous visit.
